They have called almost daily for a month. I figured they were just trying to sell us a second mortgage or something. Finally answered it today and they are looking for the former owners of our house. They lost this house to foreclosure 5 years ago. I guess they just used his last known address and found our phone number. The rep was very friendly though and apologized. He said he would remove our name from the list.

A lady by the name of Dana Scott from Greentree 440-853-5194 calls me several times a week.  I just stopped answering the phone she doesn't call as much.  The call stems from my ex letting the house go that he received in a divorce and then he filed bankruptcy.  I did not file and now after 5 years they are coming after me, where did they go for 5 years. Nothing is on my credit report yet either, so weird.  Of course I have to hire an attorney.  These people bother you home and work they are unbelievable.

At least seven times  a week, I receive calls from this "company".

The number they are calling is not now, nor has been for well over 3 years, associated with the individual they say they persuing.

Green Tree has been calling off and on for several YEARS.  We had a loan through them, went into foreclosure, settled the debt but they are STILL calling.  Am sick and tired of it.  Believe me, I will NOT be polite when I deal with the moron that left me a voice mail.

gave me a call back number to 855-886-8837 and asked me to fax my recent bank statement with hardship letter.

SO ANNOYED!!!! they call multiple times a day. Finally answered it and they said we owe 40K in debt?? I have no outstanding debt and our house is paid off?

Michelle Roman called me as well. She is very forceful and tried to get all this information from me but when I asked for an email address, she couldn't provide one.

I had a mortgage with them, they sold it to bank of america several months later.  Why they are calling me constantly I do not know.  As far as I know I don't owe them anything.

Harrassing phone calls that keep coming but not leaving messages.  Calls do not stop and calls even come in right at the cutoff time of 9 pm and as early as 8 am.

It is Green Tree.  They settled for my short sale at 20% of what i owed.    A few months later they started calling for the rest and hurt my credit.

Green Tree (bought our 2nd mortgage from Bank of America) collections dept.  first mortgage holder foreclosed on us and sold house.  Believe Bank of America sold Green Tree our bad note in a huge group without telling them the house had been taken and sold already by Citigroup.

Green Tree...they had my second mortgage when my house went into f.closure....funny thing, I heard ZIP from them or months and months....then b,, they're back! They can be REALLY rude. Call u a liar....its bad...F-Them!

Calls several times per week an all hours to speak to my father doesnt say what he wants but he told me his name was Greg and he gets very aggressive if you tell him not to call

Called the number he left in the voicemail and ended up that he just had the wrong number. Same first name as the person he really wanted to call, but different number.

Left a voicemail on my phone saying his name and he was from Green Tree, gave me his number and extension then at the end said that he was not collecting a debt or any personal information blah blah blah. SCAMMER

Harrassing calls saying the collection agency even this has gone through Bankruptcy chapter 7.

It's GreenTree/Bank of America collection the call me everyday at 5pm. They use unlawful tactics to try to get you to pay. They are rude and are violating just about every law. I'm working on getting this douche that keeps calling me fired.

They called me at 7:30 in the morning, which is a violation Federal law. Has anybody else had ther rights violated? Get enough people and we can go to the FTC and nail these bottom feeders.

Got a call at 5:30AM. Woman asked for someone that was not at my number. I asked her what number she was calling. She had all the numbers with two in the wrong order. I said wrong number.
She hung up.
