Just received a call from  442-074-194647 in Colorado at 8:24....who is it?

Received a call at my Office on my Cell phone Feb 14 at 3:58 picked itup and just a bunch of talking going on, no response when I said Hello. Moon Twp PA.

Call received from 442-074-035019 on 2/14/08 around 5:30 pm.  They left a voice mail asking if I wanted to lower my interest rate (on what I don't know).

Just received a call @ 8:29 in Colorado. Who is this? Not a valid number to call back.

I just got the same call didn't answer at 8:24 pm,  colorado time.

442074194647 just called my cell...what the heck kind of phone number is that? And why are we all getting them today? Hmmmm...
