We're getting calls from this phone number too - about once an hour, no one on the other end. The caller just hangs up.

Unknown who the caller is. Sometimes debt collectors use this tactic. They will call repeatedly over a period of several weeks just to annoy you and without identifying who they are - just to wear you down. Then the collection calls start. We saw this happen on a bogus debt collection attempt once.

This # has called 3 times so far today and it's not even 11 o'clock. It seems to happen once a week with various calls on that particular day.

We keep getting them as well. It has to do with PEPCO (our power supplier, at least when our power is on), allowing phone numbers out to try and get people to use them. They say they can reduce our bill (which they cannot, as PEPCO raises the transfer fee). I've reported the number several time on the "do not call" list, but, seems they don't give up so easily.

When I try to call back, a recording comes on, saying there is a problem with the phone company and to try again. Which of course, doesn't work.

No one on line.  Tried to call back and receive message "number not in service"  This is what happens when it is a spoofed number.  These companies/individuals using this number are NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!     These calls are illlegal!!!

They called me at 10:26am and it was dead on the other line.  The called me a second time at 12:03 to ask if they could speak to the person who pays the electric bill.

Over the last several days (June 2012), someone/something from this  number has called my cell phone -- probably a dozen times. When I answer it, no one is on the other line. It's probably not even a real person, just a machine verifying phone numbers ... I'll try to NOT answer it the next time this number calls my phone.

I get calls daily. I've received 2 already this morning. Each time there is no answer on the other end, and if I try to call back I get the "call cannot be completed as dialed" message.

They keep calling different times each day?just tired of them?
Hope these telemarketing people stop annoying people.

They told me that we are stupid not to lower our Pepco bills.
I told them: its our choice if we want it or not?just dont call here any more!

Same thing.......obviously someone trolling to find phones that are answered.  This info is then fed into a robo-dialer to make it more "efficient".  

SOLUTION:  If a number is not known to you, and in this case the 062 is NOT an area code, don't pick up the phone.

I too receive several calls from this number.  I reported it to Verizon.  I was told to us *60 to block it.  Now I'm receiving calls that the sender is blocking, i.e. 000-000-0000.  Is there anything I can do to stop them!!!!

numerous calls from 443-062-3595 - it's not even a real number!

Call came in on 5-29-2012. Called back and got a message "call can not be completed as dialed...."

I have receive several calls from this number over the past couple of days.  When I answer the phone, I get dead air.  I tried dialing it back and the recording states that it is not in service, but I keep receiving calls from it.

Answered, but no one was there. Possibly a wrong number.
