I received a call on 04/01/09 at approximately 10:10 AM. This call was received on my California State work telephone. I answered but did not get a response. The line was open and I could hear a child or children in the background. I agree with previous postings in that this is a scam call intended to obtain personal information for devious and/or illegal purposes.

4/1/09 - they called with "lower your credit card rate" BS - Press1 to talk w/ rep or 2 to be taken off the list.  I did niether & it hung up.

As y'all know commercial calls to cell  phones are illegal in the US.

same story as everyone else it seems - all of which are recent.  Right to my voicemail.  The message was cut-off, saying something like "thank you have a nice day."  What a pain these are.

It is a scam. I picked up to tell them to take me off of their call list, and when I asked the name of the company, the woman on the line hung up on me. It was something about reducing credit card debt, of which I have none.

Simon as you I looked on the internet and the number listing is for Donna...weird..always busy when I call it back.

If you don't recognize a number on your personal cell phone, DON'T ANSWER IT!

I got one today, too. It was quite strange. They called, and when I answered, they hung up. So I called back. The first time, it was busy, so I called back again, and it said "Your call cannot be completed as dialed. Check the number and try again."
I googled the number and found someone's alleged address. Let's bombard their mail with garbage, or something.

Called today 4/1/09 6:24 pm (CST).  I answered, some lady talking about lowering my credit card interest.  Best part is I don't even own a credit card.  Scam!

got this call twice today (4-1-09)  switchboard.com came up with the above info about it.  I didn't answer it and no voicemail was left.

These guys are generating user traffic through blog and trying to get attention to their campaign. I got a call today was suspicious so googled and found u all. What has the world come to people can't just keep it simple. For the ones that called I have one thing to say 'DO NOT CALL AGAIN'

I did receive a call from this number on my office phone and no one left a message and the line is busy everytime I call.

Received a call from this # @ 10:15 am. Didn't recognize so didn't answer. Decided to google it and found all of these others with same problem.  Glad I didn't answer!

They are even calling a Federal Court House in San Francisco.  They are crazy!  The U. S. Marshals Service is located in the same building.  They are so stupid.  They call sometimes late in the evening and all the offices are obviously closed.

This number 443-205-1003 came in on my cell phone and I did'nt intercept the call as I was on the phone with my sister. They did not leave a message either; just the number showed. If this is a telemarketer Im a be PISST. Unless it's Ed McMann and he has great news for me.

this must be a scam. i have no credit cards and get the same automated msg about lowering my interest rates on a credit card. um no thanks...but i cant figure out how to discontinue calls from them or speak to a real person and they call about once a week.

I became aware of this (443-205-1003) number because my sister received a mysterious call from it. Then, two days later I received a call from the number. Because of looking up the number on the web I was aware of the SCAM and didn't answer the call.

I thought it was my credit card company and like an idiot I told them my name. I should have know it was scam when they said I usually pay my credit off regularly. Ha! Whatever. Then they asked me how much debt i had. I told a fairly low number under a $1000 and they hung up on me. It was a guys voice. I don't know why I didn't ask for a name or something.

3:45pm EST April 6th.  Got a call from this number, no message was left.  When I called it back (from cellphone) it just rings busy.  Not positive, but I believe this same number has called me multiple times...

Yeah.....I just missed their call, then I called back, and.......a busy signal.....heh heh, I guess it must not have been TOO important to answer their phones........I think they're just a company out there hired to HARASS people who owe a little money somewhere down the line......calling JUST to PISS OFF the people they call.....that's MY guess.......if they were such a BIG company, the lines wouldn't be BUSY when you tried to call back.....no secretaries, NOTHING.......NO ONE should answer that number when they see it come up on their ID on their phone......next time I just won't call back or answer.....the HELL with them!!!!!!!
