just got a call from that number, they answer when I do say hell, it's credit one, next time you talk to them tell them you are also recording there call, then watch them freak out, they'll tell you they can't allow that, it's kinda funny doing that

I have had the same # since 2000, and never had a card with this company. Yet I get blessed with phone calls from this number, and several others from 7 a.m. until after 10 p.m.  I have told them repeatedly that they have the wrong information, and if they would enter MY information, they would see that I've never had an account, and never will, thanks to the harassment. I'm not about to change my number, seeing how they're in the wrong. I thought tactics like this were against the law, even when they're directed at the actual debtor...

With so many people losing their jobs, homes, etc. you would think that these people could show a little patience, but instead the collection agencies are raking in the bucks. Considering that these bloodsuckers seem to be the only ones with jobs then maybe we should all go to work there!

Call your cell from another number and put your pin in and you can listen and delete messages and it doesn't use up your minutes.

I had this card missed two payments husband died.  They just cut card off sent me to collections now I get calls starting at 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. at least 35 calls a day every 5 minutes.  Thought this was illegal to do

i got something for them, END! it was a mistake getting this card becasue i have tried paying them but by balance will never go down because they charge me like $10 for every payment i make. I just lost my job

Keeps calling my phone over and over and never leaves a message

They have called my cell phone 5 times today- I do not answer because it costs me money, now they are leaving messages on my voice mail which will cost money to delete

I lost my job months ago and Credit One Bank has hired several collection agencies (different numbers) calling my phone as with other folks but do not leave messages, originating from Credit One Bank. It does not matter if you are destitute or homeless or even dead. They want to get paid. Its by commission. Scary thought but true. The world has gone mad.
