Another company that "collects" like this is Purdie & Associates. They are bottom feeders for payday lenders. Same M.O> and almost the same script. Stating CLAIM, FRUAD, talking over you and refuse address to send info/payment etc. their # is 770-277-8901

I got a call while at work too.  Could barely understand the gent.  Laughed at it since no reputable company would leave even the last four digits of your SSN on a voice mail.  They actually gave me six digits, and they were all wrong!  This is an obvious phishing expedition.  If you do feel compelled to call them back ask them what state they are licensed with and their license number.  They will hang up immediately.  If they do give you a number, politely hang up and call that states information line for debt collection licenses (most states require the business to have a license).  Only a truly idiotic person would release any information to random no name folks over the phone or internet.

I just got 2 calls from this guy also said he was from the office of Frank Jackson.. very thick almost Carribean accent. I am in the process of Bankruptsy but this is definately in violation of the FDCPA. The only issue is whereis the company located. I have sent the info to my attorney.

I recieved a message form this guy stating that I would lose my home, my SS#, my job and more. my husband actually had the oppurtunity to talk to him and he said he was with the Baltimore police department. He then called the Baltimore PD and they said they had no idea who this man is. It is a scam. I reported it to the police and I encourage anyone who gets a message form this number to do the same.

receive about 10 calls every hour from this place, and then they call my work number. Today was the first time they dialed my work number and they called my direct line, and told me that i was going to be arrested... he told me my full social security number, and went on to tell me that i was going to be arrested and have my home taken from me, my car all of my liquidations, and he would arrest me at my job, he was very loud and rude and had this thick accent... needless to say, i went off, i cursed him out, he told me that i had a loan with a company called Main Payday Loans, i told him i have never even heard of this company, and he told me to let him know the persons name who called me, well when he first called he told me his name was "Charlie Brown"... then when he left the voicemail on my phone (it was the same guy because i hung up on him) he told me that his name was "Frank Lucas" well, after i went off on the man, he hung up on me, i called back, and he said "Ms Jay do you have a mind why are you talking to me like this" after they threatned me and my family. This place is a total scam, i am calling the police to file a report, they have all of my information... and they called my work phone and left a 2 minute message yelling at me...

OMG, I recieved 4 calls from a Daniel Fox and the number he called me from was 415-880-5599 and said he was from Investigation Co.  He even called my work number at left 2 messages there.  How the heck he got my info I will never know.  I do know that there is a lot of Terrorist out there that are trying to get us innocent people to wire them money of let them deduct our bank accounts to fund their acts.  Please if anyone knows of a way to catch them do it.  But me personally, I am having a lot of fun with them.  I am telling them I have the money they want here at home, if they can get passed my 4 pitbulls, husband and our 2 shotguns, then come on over.  lol.  Good luck people, remember a debt collector cant say any of that of what they say to us on the phone.  Major violation of the FDCPA.  I know I am a collector as well as a loan officer.

Someone from this number called me wanting to know if I knew a person's name.  They were very hard to understand.  I kept telling the man that he was too hard to understand and I needed to talk to someone who didn't have the accent.  He said his name was Dan Fox.

received a call from this number claiming its in regards to State Farms.  I dont even have State Farms.

I received a call from this number at work as well as on my cell phone. The man leaving the message said he was from the United Legal Investigation Department. He stated the last four #'s of my SS# and said if i didn't call him back I could lose my job, my house, my social security and my reputation. I didnt understand his name because he had a very heavy accent. I had to listen to the message about 4-5 times just to get all the information... seems a little fishy....

DO NOT CALL THEM BACK!! This is fake and they probably will call you back, do not confirm any of your info. Somehow they got ahold of ur SSN, bank info, everything. They will threaten that you will be arrested. Just hang up on them

Got a call regarding my friend, man with a foreign accent first said state farm insurance then said we were both under investigation and the police were coming to arrest me.  I didn't give him any info but how did he get both our numbers????

I received a threatening phone call from this phone number, 975-952-7675 and 443-221-4540.  They mentioned my last four numbers of my social security number and threatened me with arrest  and that they were going to come to my job.  I know that they are a scam, but I am tired of being harrassed by these people. This is the third time that they have called me.

I received a call from 443-221-4530. They stated that I owe money on a pay day loan. I told them they were lying and I was calling the FBI or Attorney General. They called 3 times. This has to STOP!! Just hang up on them. Don't waste your time. It's a big SCAM!! Good Luck!

This guy named Jason Connor (sp) just left a message on my vm telling me I was going to be arrested and that charges have been filed on me and he was trying to keep me from "being put behind the bar".
He said a team of investigators is going to pick me up if I don't call him back...

I am getting threating calls from this #..How did they get all of this info on me and all my family members?? They are scaring us saying they are going to get our familys.Blow up our social security  numbers they have called me and both my daughters who live in 2 two different states.Tell me how to take care of this.

Wanted me to fax a letter to (206) 600 6980 or (206) 337 1495 giving IASI authorization to deduct a total of $782.00 from my debut card....phone # i was to contact if not able to fax the letter within an 1 hour of call (206) 801-5305. I have never gotten a payday loan Fast Cash international nor do i show any deposit going into my account from this company. they have my name, address, ssn and bank account #........

got a message today from Office Johnny Carson saying he was going to take me to court and I will lose my Social Security, my job and my reputation and if I did not call him back he was going to send the police to my job and take me to jail.  The funny part is that I am the police and work at the jail!

i was just called by this phone number on 5/7/2010 and they called me at my work phone number.  They stated that they were calling from the state financial investigation department, we have caller id at work and the lady that took the message for me said that it came up as the state department.  The caller left a message as his name to be Sean Marsh.  When I called back to try to find out what they were calling for, they stated that I had took out a payday loan in the amount of 350.00 in 2009 and it was credited to my netspend card.  Unfortunately this terrified me because i do hold a net spend card and they were able to provide me with the routing number of my account.  They told me that my office manager and one of my co workers, which i will not name due to keeping their privacy.  They told me that i would be arrested along with my co workers from my place of employment and that they would completely ruin my life and that i would never be able to find a job ever again, and unfortunately i work as a public servant in the medical field and help many people on a daily basis and this has been my field of work for over 19 years.  When i did try to call this number back after i realized that it was probably a scam, i either get a message that says leave a message or that my number cannot be reached as dialed.  These people need to be caught and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.  The only info that i was able to obtain is that their number is a Maryland area code, the county is ann arundel, it is a land line and the company name came up as Level III communications, Llc-Md.  All of this research has been done by me since i have been unable to reach this number again or get them to tell me anything.  They alll spoke with a strong accent and of course I was unable to reach the Mr. Sean Marsh that supposedly called me.  I have since cancelled my card with the routing number they had, contact the Maryland attorney general office the Texas attorney general office, the Better Business Bureau, the local police department to file a fraud case and have changed my email address and carrier.

GOt a call from them yesterday on my cell and Work # -- very robotic and "tough" sounding. threatened sending people to house and ruin my SSN and make me lose my job. I am in process of file bankruptsy to begin with and sent info to my lawyer. Also filed a FTC complaint.

I called them and told them I was going to kick their _ _ _.   I told the guy I knew where was he was,told him I worked for the CIA and I would be knocking his door down in five minutes.   He hung up.

I had the same phone call about a week ago, I already new it was a scam, they even had the last 4 digits of my SSN, it was in my answering machine, it was officer "Josh Turner" (yes, like the singer), I heard the use a lot of celebrities name due to their lack of knowledge of american names. Threathning me about "blocking my SSN, call my boss, lose my job, arrested, been sued, you name it... Anyways, i called the number above and was a voice mail, with a female british accent voice, I left a message, but of course i didn't provide any info whatsoever. Two days later the phone rang about 6 pm, and my wife answered, she it was "Josh Turner" again, she was about to hang up, but I told her " no, give me the phone, i wanna have some fun with this, they told me that I was been sued for the amount of 20,000 dollars, and he was issuing a warrant for my arrest, I acted out, acting scarry and worry, I got him transfer to his "captain". When he asnwered, I went of on him, I yelled at him, he yelled back and said that i was been recorded, I said "OK, record this.... (then I threath him, (phisically), lol, you can imaging and I said, "oh and record this too, my number is 1-800- F%&K YOU!... and he hung up, he never called again.....I just had fun with it

I have received two calls so far in the past two days at WORK from this number.  Caller speaks in broken English and can be difficult to understand; he states that there is legal action being taken against me and that I must respond immediately.  All my outstanding debts have been paid off, so I know this is a scam.  If there is any way to stop this person from calling, please let me know.  It is particularly frustrating as he calls my place of employment, and I am not the one that answers the phone.
