It's clearly a scam attempt from someone who barely knows how to speak proper English. I got a text from this number that said the following:
"ok i'm okay with the price but will i not be disappoint in buying this because,i'm very kinda busy with my profession,so im sorry i will not be able to come look at it in person so will i not be disappointed in buying this ?"

They tried on my selling something on craigslist. Said they couldn't come see it but would arrange for shipping. blah blah blah. Glad i looked up the number.
