I believe its a debit collector

Call and hang up everyday.

This number is calling and leaving no message. Call number back and receive message "we are sorry your call cannot be compleated at this time". Well my best friend works for the FBI so I have placed a call to him and ask he to research the number because of the nature of the information provided is very strange. We get to the bottom of these call and I hope for the owner of the phone number that are doing things legal. If not, they been caught!!!
