I just received a call from them on my cell.  When he started telling me about insurance rates being lowered I said, "Please put me on your Do Not Call list."  His reply, "Wow, you don't have to be so upset about it."  Actually, I was polite except for interrupting him.  Blocked him on my phone.

Hung up. ID said "Out of Area" although its a local number

$9.00 is a lot of money and is there anyone that can be contacted to report this scam as money is involved with returning a call that hangs up on you.

A unidentified man called on my cell phone soliciting low car insurance rates.  I told him, I was not interested and to take my name off their calling list.

Called my cell phone.  No message.  I wish these scums would quit calling!!

They are obnoxious. I started to call them back and they hang up. That's O.K. I'll wait until 2 and 3 am . They repeatedly call them back !!

Can we say scam. They are in violation of DNC laws by not displaying a real number that we can talk to a person on and by not displaying the company name that's doing business. Both are required in addition to other DNC restrictions.

call from this number     he said it a call back     also said he just  redail  ???????.

People are returning calls like this then are finding chargers on their phone bills for sometimes over $9.00. Best way to avoid this is if they don't leave a message and you don't know the number do not return the call.

They keep calling my cell phone, when i answer its a automated annoucment for car insurance for baltimore and harford co for rate reduction in your car insurance. when i call back it hangs up. i wish there was away for them to stop calling me.

I have received calls from this number repeatedly. Since I don't recognize the number, I don't answer in hopes they tire and leave me alone.

Robocall offering reduced insurance rates to residents of certain Maryland counties. Not my county. Instructed to press 1 to speak to representative. No company name given. Filed complaint with FTC immediately as I was online at the time.

Received call today; automated message about car insurance reduction in Baltimore City and County.  Hung up rather than speaking to a representative.  

Randomly called me and then I hung up, when I called back, they immifiately hanged up.
