Omg! I got the same message this morning but a different code of course. Haven't been able to sign on to them anyway. Thanks for the info. I actually did enter a contest with Apple last month. Wording though on mine is identical to yours.

Received a text just a moment ago (1:40pm) Aug 22 2012 that states:
"The Entry You Made Last Month Has WON! Goto http://www.apple.ca.nnvbs.com & ENTER CODE: 2335 To Claim The Prize. You have 24hrs to claim.". Funny thing is I didnt put an entry into anything, nor did I give my # out.
It ends up bringing you to the Ziinga.com website. This has been the third time I've received a message like this and is utter BS!
I would like to hope this company will get in s*** for harassing people numerous times but sending them spam over and over and over.
