called me jan 23, 2009 at 12:30pm. didn't answer cause i didn't recognize number, didn't leave message.

Received a call from these guys on my work phone (San Diego, CA).  Luckily work has caller ID - as it is work, I did have to answer it eventhough I did not recognize the number.  I listened to the automated message, and it said they were a law firm for home loans and something about helping you get a better rate.   Anyhow, love how you press the number to have yourself removed from their call list and it just disconnects the call.  Whatever...

Got a call today from this number.  Didn't answer since I didn't recognize it on caller ID.  They are calling my work #. They didn't leave a message.  I'm so glad there is a website like this so I can check on these type of sales companies who have nothing better to do but annoy people.  Thanks to everyone that wrote something....

Called my business cell phone, 12 Mar 1000 CST, automated machine talking about credit card debt. Disconnected shortly after finishing message.

Got a call from this number just a few minutes ago, @ 9:51am...I didnt answer it cause I dont answer numbers I dont recognize. No message was left.

Received call at 2:13PM; no name and no one answered.

had a missed call from 443-461-1093, I called back and recording said to press 1 if want to be put on do not call list. Must just be soliciters. Call and press 1 or if anyone calls you that you want to stop, like collectors, tell them to "cease and desist" from calling you and tell any other numbers you don't want them to call and they legally have to stop.

I have had several calls from this number.  I do not answer. Can I block it? ATT is my carrier...

here is a tip, if you get a call from an unknown number do not say hello.

I answer with "this is ____" then pause. If you stay silent and wait for the person to say is blah blah blah it is an actual person. If it is recording or a automatic dialing machine it will disconnect.

Just got the call.  I don't answer numbers I don't know then i google it.  This happens way too often

DO NOT CALL BACK!!!!!! There are thousands of scams out there and this is another one. If you call back you may be charged a ridiculous fee on your phone bill that comes from another country and there is nothing you can do about it.

Robocall telemarketer for credit card debt reduction scam. Pressed 1 to get a rep and when I started to complain to him he dialed some digits, told me to "go f*** myself" and hung up. Highly unprofessional, but aren't all of these scumbags?

I rcvd this call today 2/16/09 at 9:49am. It was a miss call and left no vm.

Received call 2/11/09 from this number 9:40A PST.  No message left - just 'air noise'.  Got a busy signal when I did a return call.  How do we stop these nuisance calls?

GOT A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER IN OREGON AT 13:00 HRS 2/11/09.  NOBODY WAS ON THE LINE.  USUALLY IT'S THE SCAM ABOUT "THIS IS THE LAST NOTICE THAT YOUR WARRANTY IS ABOUT TO EXPIRE, ETC..."  FUNNY THING IS, I DON'T EVEN HAVE A WARRANTY!  I AGREE WITH THE OTHER POSTER-DO NOT PRESS ANYTHING!  THEY CAN GET  ACCESS TO YOUR PRIVATE INFORMATION!! Called my cell phone.  I answered the call.  Got a recording saying, 'If you have credit card debt...'.  Hung up before anymore could be said as I was at work.  Going to check with my cell phone provider to see if their is something they can do.  Verizon already cracks down on text message spam sent by these worthless scum, so I am hopefull they can do something about unsolicited telemarketing calls.
