Received a call from 443-524-8645 same Caller ID CareImpPlus,said it was from United Health Care updating PCP information and would be sending out a new ID card with updated information,they knew all information that UHC would know.

You called our home asking for my husband's ex-wife. She has never lived at this number and will never live here. I have no idea how or why you called the number that I had have for over 40 years. You need to be sure before you make such  a contact. Do not contact us again.

Caller ID is Care IMP Plus. It is a landline in Baltimore MD. It is Care Improvement Plus/ XL Health headquartered in Baltimore Md. A Medicare supplement insurance company with clients in 6 states. They send out a Nurse Practitioner or Physician to evaluate their clients once a year supposedly to see if they are getting all the services they need.  Actually because Medicare pays them to come out once a year.    No one here qualifies for Medicare & the message is unsolicited. They also hunt down kin to try & reach you & get personal information. Probable SCAM engaged in MEDICARE FRAUD

Called and told my son that he needed to schedule an appointment for a nurse to come out. Something about insurance I bought. I don't know what he is talking about.
