Thank you for all your posts on this.  The same thing happened to me.  His text read, "Hey, who's this?  New phone/# and contacts messed up".  I asked him who he was (since he was writing me) and said Jeremy.  I told him I thought he had a wrong number.  Didn't think anything of it until he wrote, literally 3 min later with the same message.  Just thought I'd check it out on this site and I guess my suspicions were correct...total creeper.

I received a text today stating "Hey, who is this? New # and contacts got messed up".  I asked "who are you"  he said Jeremy.  I told him I know no one by that name and he has the wrong person.  End of textes.  

I just got a text 20min ago. Same situation! Guy is a total creeper! Thanks for the info!

Got the same text saying he got new number and asking who i was. I facebook searched his number and came up with the Name jeremy Bittler, his page is https://www.facebook.com/jeremy.bittler?fref=ts and for all who want to make a complaint, call westminster MD or Carroll County Police Dept since he is a resident of westminster! Hope i was of help to everyone else! Peace

This happened to me two nights ago... He said his name was Jeremy. I am in Westminster too (as someone mentioned he said he was from) so I am freaking out. Has anyone actually contacted the police about this?

After his original text, which was like the ones mentioned abover and blocking the number several times i got another text from the number (after the last block expired) today. I called and reported this to the police. This person doesnt quit. Please call and report this very strange and inappropriate behavior.

This kid is a douche. Won't leave my girl alone. Had him blocked and everything. Its been over a year and still text. Cops seriously need to do something.

Got random text said he was Jeremy. I said don't know him how did he get this number. Would not reply to my questions, only to say I'm cute, guessed my age (I did not send any photos). I simply wrote do not text this number ever again and I have not received any since.

He is texting me now acting like he somehow got a new number which still makes no sense as to how he got mine. I then googled and found this. Thank you site i will be igoring him now. Creepy

I got a random text from this number. Of "Hey, whos this?" So I replied, "A big fat hairy dude. Why who are you?" I did not get any further text messages from "Jeremy" as mentioned above. If you get a text from this number asking for pictures just call 911 and do NOT send this person any info or pictures!

Texted me this evening.  Followed above specs- asked who I was as though I had erroneously sent him a text. Asked for picture.  I asked him his name and he said it was Jeremy. I told him I didn't know any Jeremy's.  He asked if I was kind of short and really pretty.  I told him my height and that I have heard compliments of that sort before.  He asked me how old I was and pressed me for picture.  I told him my age and I sent him a generic pic.  He sent me his pic and said he was 33.  He wanted more pics but I refused.  I aske him if he was going out tonight & he mentioned a local bar he likes to go to. I turned my phone off at that point.

This person is possibly a creeper. Don't trust him/her at all. If you feel threatened call 911
