No voice message - caller ID indicated Chesapeake B MD

Called and left no message.

West Asset Management is a debt collector.  They apparently call anyone they can find who has a similar name to the person they are trying to track down. Or they will call you asking about a neighbor whether you know the neighbor or not.

Had been getting calls from this number 443-550-7962 (according to caller ID name: B Chesapeake MD).  Finally I decided to answer to yell at them and got a recording asking for my stepdaughter (she hasn't lived at home for 4 years now) and my guess would be, if I had to guess was it was a collection agency calling for her.  The recording said if I was not her to press 2; if she was not at this number any longer to press 4, etc. I pressed 4 and decided to google the number/name and found this site.

Hope this info helps you all.  There are spoofing programs to have the number calling from change to some other number, which is what these people are doing most likely.

Received call from UBCF-443-550-7987--left no message.  My phone is on the "Do Not Call List."  These type call should be blocked.

No message left.

Called this evening, did not answer, left no voicemail.  This looked like a home phone though, no reference to breast cancer on the caller ID.  Odd?

Upon doing a little digging found that this number may be using the same carrier as I use.  Would this affect why it would look differnt on my caller ID than in the above posts?

Caller called, said nothing, and call was disconnected.

I get a call from UBCF at least 3 times a week. When my husband answers they don't ask for his donation, they say they will call back for me later. I told him to tell him, I think their cause is great, but I don't have the money to donate right now, yet they STILL CALL!

was on my caller id it is listed as unpublished, a land line, in North Beach, MD

This number is affixed to a charitable organization known as the United Breast Cancer Foundation. My Caller ID showed UBCF. Good cause, but I don't want to be called at dinner time about this.

Caller ID says Chesapeake B MD.  Did not answer and did not leave a message!

received an unsolicited call.

Nothing on voice mail.
