Collection agency; very nasty. Would not tell me how a $45 'debt' was incurred. Bullying. Persisted in trying to speak over me and wouldn't allow me to speak.

Collection agency. They refused to tell me what the debt was after trying to bully me. Extremely rude and arrogant.
