again delmarva capitol services does not sue, scare tatic and the post is from a collector trying to scare the debtor call fdcp 800# a goverment agency if they use this tatic to say they are going to sue you, they are breaking the law and threating is also against the law, what they will and will not do not fall for it, ask for their address so you can sent them a cease and desist letter.

Be advised that Delmarva Capital can and will sue.  They now have a nationwide attorney network.  Also, every collection agency gets sued.  That is a tactic used by debtors to avoid paying the bill.  Many of these cases against a collection agency are thrown out.  The bottom line is, the bill needs to be paid.  If you cannot pay the bill then do not spend the money.  You cannot expect to steal from a bank and cry harassment when they start to call and ask for their money back.

I was receiving calls from this company about a debt with Wachovia Bank.  I paid the money because I owe it.  I don't understand why people rack up debt and claim harassment when the collection agencies start calling.  Why don't you just pay the bill instead of looking for ways around it.

This company has been harassing and threatening me with their phone calls.  I called them back after they left a threatening voice message,  and they would not identify who they were.  They just kept asking me what phone number did they use when they called me.  They are deceptive in their practices.

I rec acll earlier today on my home # which is supposed on no call registry.I could hardly understand the message. But she said her name was Ms Crawford and to call her back today at 800-345-3310 Ext 142. It wsa a collection matter and my self or my reprsenting attorney needed to call her back today. I dont have any debts and i have never heard of this company

These peoplesent me a collection letter for a debt that does NOT exist. They're scammers! BEWARE!

/a  Be aware that Delmarva Capitol Services does not sue, that is a scare tatic they teach their collectors to collect on debts.  First question they ask do you have an attorney and that right away puts people in a vunerable spot, scared thinking they are going to be sued.   They break all the FDCP laws and their goal is to collect on debts they bought from US Bank, charged off credit cards, etc.  They have been sued many times for misleading the debtor about how is will affect their credit and will not be able to get another bank account when that is something they have no proof of and are not suppose to threaten people with this kind of scare tatics. That is against the FDCP Laws so when they call the best defense is to ask for address so you can send them a cease and desist letter and the threats  and calls have to stop by law.

I had a guy me on my cell by the name Mr. Walker. Saying that I refused to give any information and ask if this was correct....I also was accused of giving the wrong bank information ...He also ask if this was correct..... . .I don't give my bank info to anyone. I was accused of things that I haven't done and this is making me mad....so I hung up and he called me back ...I didn't anwer this phone that time.

They called my phone left a message for a person that is not me.  Stating that this person had to call them back by the end of business today.  funny thing is they calls at 6:30 pm est.  Guess that person will not be calling them back.  I have gotten messages before that are really threatening.  can I file a suit?   In the messages sometimes they state it is capital sometimes they just say its urgent.

I received a call on my cell phone from this number. According to city ID on my cell, the call was from Parkville Maryland, which is why I ignored it since I don't know anywhere there. A woman stating her name was Cathy left a voicemail message saying that her office had been trying to call me "for a long time" and that all the calls were being ignored. Duh. She left a call back number of 800-345-3310 ext 151. I called them from a different number, the guy who answered didn't identify the company when he answered the phone. So I asked him the name, he said they were Delmarva Capital, so I asked what kind of corporation they were and he stayed quiet for a bit then just transferred me. Really ace at his job I guess.

Anyway, I spoke with the woman who left the VM and she asked for a person I don't know, said she had talked to his wife from MY cell phone number. She wondered why I called from a different number, which is none of her business. I informed her that I'd had the cell number she called for over a year and that this was the first time I'd received a call from them so I didn't know how she could say she'd been trying to reach me for the long time she claimed. She promised to take me off their list, but from what I've read here on BOTH their numbers, Delmarva will probably keep hounding me.

This is Delmar Capital as was told to me when I returned the call. Not sure why or who they were calling for since my number was not listed in their records.

Ms. Williams from Delmar Capital she needs to speak with me in her office today and she then stayed on the phone for 30 after the message coughing into the phone

This number keeps calling my house looking for niece who hasn't lived with us in five years. I keep asking that they remove this number from their database but they keep calling. From now on I am simply telling them that no one by that name lives here and they have the wrong number.

I had received a call from this number and she kept insisting that I owed money to US Bank after some arguing about this matter she start to cuss and holler at me I was an idiot and made a payment to this company because she threatened that my current bank account would be closed and/or blocked so I could not utilize any of my funds that I have in my account.  I have since then did some research about this debt and I also got my credit score and they dont exist grrrrrrrr how dumb I feel making a payment to these freaking thieves.  Looking into this matter and I think I just allowed meself to be ripped off :-( and I believe there is no way of retrieving my money from them

This number has been calling me repeatedly for weeks.  The last message was from a women who not only chewed in the phone, but held conversations with others in the office as she threatened me with a lawsuit.  I dont know who these nuts are and at this point I dont care, but I do need to know what I can do make them stop.  I work at night and I value my rest so excessive phone calls from chicken eating chicks are not welcomed at all.

I believe they are scammers as well!!! I live in California,and I have been receiving calls from this company leaving messages.  They are unprofessional and they laugh when leaving messages.  I suggest, to you all keep a tape recorder so when you talk to them or any other 'Legit' collectors, they are certain rules that still apply. If not, contact the FBI and the Fair Debt Collection agents! I got a call from a man in India one saturday telling me, that I better 299.00 by Monday Morning or else I would end up in either jail or court. During that whole time, I recorded the call and called the FBI.  The FBI said I did the right thing and they took the number and called. HAVEN'T heard from then since!!!! There is a good chance that these people   from 443-725-0321 are looking to get paid as well. CALL the FBI,U.S.Secret Service,The Federal Trade Commission,and the Attorney State General! These people called my cell phone and made threats that I have to call them before 6pm est today or else they'll render a negative decision on my file for which they claim they have my social security number.

They called my cell phone 3 other times and I didn't know who they were.  Even more disturbing, they called my parents' number and left a message for me to call them.  It was then that I looked up the number and found out more about them.

It sounds like these scamsters got a hold of US Bank information and they are using it to fill in the blanks for full identity theft.  I had an account with a bank that got taken over by US Bank and that must be how they got the info.

They called me and I missed the call so I called them back, they were looking for the person who had my number before me. I told them I'm not that person, and they removed my number from their lists. They weren't rude about it at all, if you're getting this call and you know it's not for you then just let them know and they can remove you too (unintentional rhyme..).

Answered a rare call on my private work cell phone here in California.  The lady from back east was asking for a "Kohler Kurtz".  Never heard of the guy.  Next time - should say," what's this regarding? ".

I am reporting number 443-725-0321 constantly calling at my telephone number here in California at least 2-3 in a day.  Don't know why they called me. When I called back, they did not have my number listed in their records and I refused to give the last four digits of my social. Do not ever give that information to anyone, if they don't have you by name and phone number, it was an error when they made the call.  

Please stop calling my number.
