First call from this number, and of course no voicemail

I got a call from this number this morning before 8:30 am, 443-743-2798 and after going through the computerized prompt reached an ignorant AZZ black female who obviously does not understand ENGLISH.  I advised her that I did not know the person that she was attempting to reach, then she had the audacity to ask if I had been receiving mail for this person. I almost hung from the ceiling fan, I jumped just that high.  I advised her that I was a DISTRICT COURT JUDGE and that is she ever called my home again, invading my PRIVACY that I would IMMEDIATELY issue an ORDER haul her a** into COURT via a Body Attachment.

And if she calls back, I'm gonna do just as I told her.

I get a call from this number at least 4 times a day. Always a computer asking if I am the previous owner of my cell phone number.. after using the push this number menu to confirm I am not who they are looking for I get another computer message saying please hold for the next available rep so we can update our records.. after a few rings yet ANOTHER computer message stating we cannot process your call at this time call this number yada yada yada... I am soooooo irritated. I called this number back only to be on hold for an hour and yet ANOTHER computer message saying we are having technical issues and cannot process your call... HOW DO I GET THEM TO STOP CALLING IF I CAN"T REACH A  HUMAN BEING!?!?!?!?!?!?!

I receive several calls each day from this number.  No message left, no one speaking if I answer.  No text name on caller ID, only telephone number digits.
