If they would leave a message with the details I would gladly call them back and get this taken care of, instead they simply call all day long...and when I answer no one is there or I can't understand what the are saying.

I thought debt collectors had to identify themselves.

I also get calls from many numbers from NCO even  though this one seems like a new number from this Dirt Bag.  I know they have a legal right to call concerning debts but they go way over board.  They definitely harrass people big time but there not much can be done.  FTC will not take any action against them.  You can try to prove all the many times they call, and times etc to try prove their harrassment. But is a waste of time to report them to FTC.  Maybe a private lawyer if you can afford one, and have proof of their harrassment.  I suppose FTC has hundreds of complaints concerning them but they keep on harrassing people.  Just to go to show they have NO FEAR from FTC. All NCO does is try to blackmail people, and they are the Judge, Jury, and Executioner.

I get calls from "NCO" from all sorts of numbers ALL DAY, 9 the other day.

I'm pretty sure it is NCO they are a collection agency for GEMoney/SAMs Club credit.  They call from several different numbers and area codes.  If you don't have the amount of money they want you to pay them, they will not work with you at all.

Probably a beggar/bounty hunter collector.  Yes, I'm behind on my bills.  No, I am not ashamed.

Just got a call from this number.  I answered, but it just hung up on me.

I rec'd 2 calls today from NCO from 2 seperate numbers....  313-444-3918 and 443-837-2763  I didn't answer either call and they didn't leave a message.  However, I do not have any late bills or past debts, and I am on the do no call registry, so why are they contacting me????  Irritating!

I got a call from this number today as well. They only called once, but I know who it is. NCO has been calling my number for months for no reason. If you keep getting calls from them and you have no outstanding debt, complain to the FCC. I'm just surprised that I only got one call from them today. Though, it's only 4, so there's still time.

Got a call which went to voicemail, sounded like a live caller hangup instead of an autodialer. Showed as Annapolis MD. No message left.
