This # is for Untied heath care insurance company. They as Orgona , FB, Lisa, among others. Yes they left a message on my answering Machine to the regard it is important to contact us for house calls in which I'm not interested in their services but as being legit yes it is. Even though I hate them they call so many time a day and never requested their services.

I keep getting calls from this number wanting no personal information but that of my family and my ex-husband. I keep telling them not to call back and that I am on the do not call list.

After reading everyone's post, I called United Healthcare and spoke to Customer Service. The Representative wasn't familiar with the number so she called it to verify it for me. It turns out it was for the home health assessment that I had last year. Last year the call came from Social Services Coordinator. The same nurse will be coming again this year. I found last years visit to be helpful since a few months before there was a nurse from the drug company that makes one of my MS drugs who came to give me instructions on how to give myself injections who deemed me unfit to live alone after I told her about a stupid accident I had in my home and injured my leg pretty bad. One of those DAH moments anyone can have when they are looking at the TV instead of where they are walking. She was trying to have me put in a State run group home and my cats put in a shelter as well as calling my doctors trying to get them to help her get the State's Social Services involved to force me out of my home. The nurse who came for United Healthcare was impressed that my mind is very sharp and that I do so well living alone. Oh, and adored my kitties. Plus the nurse gave me a really nice fleece blanket and a tote bag. It's legit and the nurse did do a few tests that my doctors don't do during my regular visits.

Consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

They do write, got a letter approx. a week ago with an outline of the program.  I am not on medicare, but my husband is.  So don't know why I get the calls.  Not comfortable with someone coming to home.  Hubby will ask his regular Doc.

I, too, get calls about once or twice a week.  I'm not on Medicare.  Not going to argue about Affordable Health Care Act, I have no dog in that fight.  I don't know if this is a scam or not, so many pros and cons listed.  I just want to know how to get them to STOP CALLING!

my understanding is that this is a service being offered by United Health Care called "House Calls".  They want you to set up an appointment to have a physician's assistant come to your house to do a medical exam.  It's an optional service they offer, not mandatory, but they are relentless with the calls.  They even follow up with a letter to members asking for updated contact info.  An insurance company rep coming into my house to invade my privacy?  NOT!  Is anything sacred anymore?
Sent letter back to United Health Care (house calls) that they can contact my health care provider. Think this is a Medicare requirement....who knows? Sick of these calls...now using different phone number.....BLOCKED! I didn't give them my cell phone....how did they get it in the first place?

this is a sales call. It is a legitamate company but is unnecessary. Block the number. They actually called my home looking for my grandparents (they have never lived with me and they don't even know my home phone number, only my cell). We think the phone numbers were sold by my mortgage company, that's the only connection we have.

I have a doctor and do not need any one coming to my home.  I do not want strangers on my property .

I received a call from a different # a few days ago.  I called the official customer service at UHC and it was confirmed that it was one of their representatives who called to set up an interview, and thy call from different phone numbers.  That call was from area code 412.  I ignored the call.  Then I got a call from (443) 853-6898 today.

I wonder if this is something all health insurance companies are doing.  It just seems odd.  Is it part of Obamacare?  Government coming into our homes?

Every few days saying they are United Health care.  I never answer any number that I don't recognize.  If it's legit, they would leave a voice mail.   These people do leave a voicemail about a special program but I'm already not interested. House Call is the caller ID.  I blocked it immediately (they also left voicemail).  Hubby has UHC but they told him this is NOT legitimate; that it is a scam.  Furthermore, *I* will never have anything to do with AARP under any circumstances.  They are to a good degree responsible for the monstrosity that is 0DeathCare (what I've named 0bamaCare).  And yes, 0BAMA and his entire Regime are MARXISTS and the massive fraud and generational theft known as (excuse me while I laugh hysterically) the "Affordable Care Act" is straight out of Karl Marx.  Notice almost no one in the entire country has signed up for it and the sign-up process is fraught with errors and failures.  It's a huge plan to invade citizens' privacy, degrade our health, kill off an entire generation of senior citizens, control the populace and steal the private property of us and several generations yet to be born.  If you don't understand this, please at least do us all a favor and don't procreate.  We don't need any more dummies.

Today, 2/27/14, I received a call from House Calls 443-853-6898.  They stated they represented United Health Care/AARP and rattled on and on about having to come to my home.  I honestly believe this is a situation United Health/AARP should investigate and STOP this nonsense!  Obviously "House Calls" is obtaining our names and numbers from some entity - Who?

This is very legitimate if its United Health care.They  send a nurse  that checks you out for any obvious problems.takes BP,other vital measurements and you provide an urine sample which is analyzed and could determine a number of illnesses.It take about an hour and is free.Well worth scheduling this.

Received phone call from House Calls, number on caller id 443-853-6898 message left to call back at 866-686-2504...returned called person stated they are looking for T..y Hall, stated I do not know this person. We keep getting calls asking for this man and we have no idea who he is but the calls keep coming with threathening messages....so it was not health related at all. Just want the calls to stop. He apparently owes a debt and the debt collectors have been barking at the wrong door over a year now, poor investigating they have not figure out yet they are calling the  wrong place. If you read this then please please stop calling my home.
