This number calls my house twice a day, I call the number back and it says an agent tried to call for a survey and if i want to be removed from the list please press 1.  Of course I do this and I still get the calls.  The problem is I answer the phone every time they call and no one is on the other end giving a survey!  What is the point of that??  I looked it  up on a different site and it said it is a cell phone and the name that comes up on caller ID says Bill Powers.

Has called numerous times throughout day and eve. along with another number: 443-863-7348. Every time there is a pause, then nothing. We do not always answer our phone, so they must be calling repeatedly.

I have been getting phone calls from this number and 443-863-7748 for the last month sometimes 4 X's a day. I have had it. I finally figured out how to block the numbers, we'll see if it works. When the call comes through there is silence for a few seconds and then a recording comes on and says if you want to be removed from their list then you can press 5 and then leave a message stating your phone number. I have done this numerous times and all they do is call back more! Its so annoying I absolutely hate robo calls!

Never anyone on the other end. I really wish this would stop.

After digging through the internet, I think I have found the company that is using this phone number -- as well as 443-863-7348.  It is Level 3 Communications LLC, an international company with offices in Baltimore (333 West Camden Street, phone 410-576-5045).  Feel free to return the favor or file complaints with the Better Business Bureau.

Have been getting calls from #443-863-7703 and #443-863-7348 for a few weeks now!  About 5x a time on caller ID!  I answered 2x today and waited but it just disconnected after a few seconds!  Both times I called each of the #'s back and it said it was about taking a short survey and if I would like to be removed from the list press 1...then you state your number and it says thank you and goodbye!  I have done this 2x today but assume it will take a day to update and stop calling!  I shall see!

443-863-7703 & 443-863-7348 - have been getting up to FIVE calls a day from these numbers.  Super annoying.  Blocked numbers.  Scammers!

OMG! This is really pissing me off. This number and one other has called my number twice a day for the last 2 weeks. I call the number back and get a recording and it says to give your number to be removed from the list. Then the recording says " We will TRY to  remove your number". I'm going to file a harassment charge...right..If I only knew who to file it with. I too am on the Do not call list. Really annoying!!!

I just called the number back. They had been calling me 3 to 4 times a day for the longest time. I think I answered once and it hung up. It answered this time, and asked about taking a survey. Then it apologized for inconvenience if I didn't want these calls. I could press 1 to get off the call list. I did so, and I hope it works. I have little faith that it will work, but only time will tell.

This call is very annoying. How can these calls be stopped and/or blocked?

They called me twice today, no one on the line..  I called back gotta recording if I didn't want any more calls from them to voice my number.. I did voice my number so hopefully no more calls..

they are violating the law anyway - do you think they are going to stop because of dropped calls?!?

The Do Not Call list has become a joke as these telemarketers just do as they please.  I would venture to say 80% or more of the calls we receive are from telemarketers, illegal or otherwise.  Now with the presidential campaign the calls have gone through the roof.

Came home from work today & found the number on my id 3xs.  After I got home, the call came again and & ignored it.  Not more than 20 minutes later it came again.  I decided to answer the phone and deal with it.  Got a recording saying they were Delmarva Power Co, and that I could get a deal on my utilities.  The message went on, said to have my bill ready with the account #, (I rent my landlord pays the utilities) if I didn't have a bill ready press 5.  A recording says "you're caller # 2, please hold.  A woman finally picks up my call and immediately says "can I have your name please?"  I said "you don't need to know my name, you just need to take my number off your list"  She said"ok" and hung up.  I was pissed so I called again and this time got a recording done with a different voice than the first recording that said "our records show that we have called you to take a survey.  If you you wish to have your number removed from our list please say you phone # now, and we will try to take it off of our list.

They just called.  I ignored the call but called tehm back.  Survey.

Isn't there a law about what percentage of abandoned calls you can have?

As I deal with Autodialers on a daily basis, I can assure you it is an autodialer.  No one is actually calling you other than a computer.  When you answer, the computer transfers the call to an operator, if you didn't hear anything, all operators were busy.

I feel a LITTLE responsible b/c we do that with my company in another department.  Though it isn't our autodialer that is calling y'all.  We only do Business to Business sales, nothing residential.  And the number that shows up is OUR main number so that we can transfer you to our Sales Center if you call back.

BTW, it isn't telemarketing, it's B2C (Business to Commercial) Sales.  Telemarketing is completely different with the exception that it appears VERY similar.

This number JUST called us at work, Not 2 mins ago.  No one was there.  Probably an Autodialer.

When I answered a recorded message informed me that I was entitled to a refund from DelMarVa.  I do not have an account with this company.  I was instructed to press 5 to be connected with an operator.  When I pressed 5 the entire recording begins all over again.  There is definitely something rotten in Denmark.

I picked up.  Automated statement to press 5 to talk to an operator.  After pressing 5, recording comes on saying to have your electric bill available for when the next operator can assist you.  Then the operator picks up and asks for my electric customer account number.   I asked what company I was speaking with.  She said, "the discount center" and requested the account number on my electric bill.   I asked again what company she was representing, and she repeated "the discount center."  I said I wasn't going to give my account number to anybody other than my own electric company.  She hung up.

Said hello twice...no response. I am also on the Do Not Call List

Got a call from this number twice yesterday. I just blocked the number.

They are calling several times a day and not leaving a message.  They are a pain in the a--

i am on the Do Not Call registry...do not wish to be harrassed by this group!

When I answered no one was there ! I hate these calls because i think its a cell phone number so u think it is some one trying to call u !
