I have time and time again told these people not to call my number. The American Medical crap something about Birth Control! I can't have any more children!!! WTF!!! How do I report them?

@anneyb...call your district attorneys office in your county and report them. If you are on the no call list, document when they are calling and report them. They will face hefty fines

Just got the same crap. Problem with birth control. DUH...I am roman catholic and have never taken birth control in my life, am 49 years old and if I were going to take it they wouldnt put me on it now...scam....they are trying to get some kind of personal info from you I am sure....just hang up

If they did have your medical records (they don't) what they are doing is totally in violation of HIPPA since they did not validate that they were actually speaking to the person whose records they have.  Also, if they have your medical records they would have obtained them illegally since you have to authorize in writing any sharing of your records with anyone external to the clinic, hospital or doctor's practice the you use or have used.

This person / organization has been calling me everyday, and I just ignore it. I finally called the number back and he said it was regarding a medical document. I asked him to take me off his list and he continued to try and tell me and I finally said whatever he was trying to say was garbage and to take me off his list and he hung up. I have no idea what this organization is. but it's sketchy.

I got a call from this number and really couldn't understand him either.  I did tell him that as a member of the medical field... if there were problems with my medical records I would know.  I did tell them NOT to call again and hung up on him after he kept jabbering on.   I then called back and he did answer, but I just hung up.  Guess foreign people don't understand freakin' HIPAA!!  THere is NO way they could review my medical records WITH OUT MY permission..  Jerks

They say they got all their information form an Internet survey . They are based out of Baltimore Maryland and when I asked if they had anyone who spoke better english because I was having a hard time understanding the foreign accent he was "polite" enough to tell me that everyone in their call center spoke better English than I did.  The first man said the company was Gransulo and the supervisor name is Steve Backner.  
He assured me that they only got their information from an internet survey.  I told him my cell was a private number and asked how he got it.  He said the place they get their survey information was confidential and they couldn't share it.  HE said they were just trying to help women who have taken YAZ or YAZMIN... That is when I told him I knew all he was saying was BS...  I have never taken YAZ or Yazmin and I would be reporting them here.  Anyone know how to pursue this further??

They just called me as well about Yaz or Yazmine   I have never taken either     they said they had my medical records  I told them never to call my cell phone as well

Keeps caling saying hhe is from the American Medical something and I am intitled to, then I stop him to tell hime to stop calling me. He then says do you know why I am calling I said it's a scam stop an I hang up. He then calls me back seconds later and my husband hung up on him. They called me 3 times and wi not stop. The person has a very thick accent..

Same number calls me Heavy accented male tries to tell me I have a law suit against a birth control company claims they have my med. records. But then wants me to get a copy of my records and find out which pills I was on and what yrs I took them. I am entitled to 30 or 40 thousand dollars in medical compensation. But if they have my med records already why do I have to get them a copy of the records? Sounds fishy to me. We are also on the do not call list and have been since they came out with it. It does no good to be on it they still call. Fed up.

Just got a call from this number...if it was really the United Stated Medical Association - it would be registered to them...which it is not.

Anyway, I didnt answer the call because I'm at work & when I tried to call it back....No answer. it rang for a full 2 minutes, no answer.

yes it is for a lawsuit involving Yaz/ Yazmine. At least that was the story I was fed! Good luck trying to get to the truth though...

Got a call from this number and a weird voice message that was all jumbled.  It was strange.  I called the number back and got told it was United States Medical Association.  And asked if I was on Birth Control between 2001-2002.  That is a law suit waiting to happen!!! Heavy accent and it was a call center.

Just got a call from a man with an accent saying he was going over my medical records and years ago I had been on birth control. Hard to understand this man and really tired of these stupid calls...,.waste of my time.

If thia man calla me one more time i am going to file a law suit!

i got a call today from the same number and i just got on the do not call list yesterday. I am already receiving up to 10 calls a day from a 210 area code and now that i have read other complaints on this number this has got to stop!!!!!!!!!!!

Got it just minutes ago (Jan. 3rd at 2:45 pm).  It rings but as soon as I answer, it like a hang-up.  I keep getting these calls and sometimes an person with heavy accent told me there was a problem with my medical records and the birth control I'm on.  I started laughing.  I'm 65 years old and had my tubes tied after a harazdous birth of my son 40 years ago.  They're fishing for information.  So now I keep a record and will add this number to my cell phone blocked calls.   I'm on do not call list so stop calling me!

I got it just minutes ago. the accent seems like an indian from a call center. And I just got my cell phone number two weeks ago . I don't know how those guys got my number.

This company/person had the gaul to call on Jan 1st at around 2PM. I was on the phone so it just rings. If it happens again I will zap the call. Do these IDIOTS not have anything better to do than harrass people on holidays?

got a call from number i didnt answer when i tried to return call wouldnt let me call number :( so tired of these people calling me, i have tried reporting them and nothing happens they mock me i am so tired of being harassed

just got this call wasn't sure if they were asking about birth control or blood thinners - the caller had a thick accent and there was lots of background noise like a call center.  what I want to know is if they actually had access to my medical records or were they just random calling people hoping to get someone to give them info - only reason I picked it up was because it was a local number - currently being stalked by two other telemarketers that call up to 5 times a day

I just got a call from this number. American Medical whatever. They called my cell phone, so I told the guy to hurry up as he was using my minutes. After 10 seconds I hung on him. I called back from the house phone, the guy proceeded to tell me that they had records that I had been on birth control. I HAVE NEVER TAKEN BIRTH CONTROL! I told them to take my number(s) offer their records.

called to harass me saying he was going through my medical notes and it indicated that I was on blood thinners...I didn't let him finish before I cursed him out and told him to NEVER call my number again. WTF
