Verizon wireless "retention" department. Left voicemail requesting a call back to an 800 number and prompted me to use my phone number as a reference number to enter when I call ..  Just paid bill.. Not sure why the call ..

Verizon wireless. Called me from 3 different numbers with the 443 area code. I'm not the primary account holder so they shouldn't be calling me anyway. Refused to accept a payment from me because I couldn't provide a vzw account number or the last 4 digits of the primary account holders social. Got very rude when I told them that they need to stop calling me if they're not going to accept my payment

Your correct, it is a sub for Verizon. They get paid by the hour and some minimum percentage on what they collect. They called me and I talked to them.

It would be nice if Verizon showed up on the Caller ID instead of Unknown Caller.  And if they're so concerned about a payment, then they should leave a message. Being anonymous only means I will not answer the phone.

Keep calling my phone and don't leave a message..

It's a Verizon Rep wanting to know when am i going to pay my overdue payment for last month...first an email, 10 mins later a phone call.

It's really a contractor for Verizon. They never leave a message, very unprofessional. Must be a minimum wage sweat shop type office.
