I keep getting calls from this number to, when i called it back it said it was an international call... Does anyone have any clues??

They called me on this number as well as 679-528-5412.  Finally had enough and started to do two things: first I told him that aliens abducted my wife (they were calling for her) and I started to blame him.  I did this for about 2 minutes--the idiot stayed on the phone!  Second, I started to pepper him with "you're so ugly..." jokes.  He got mad and called me a b****rd, to which I told him I was sorry his mother never knew her parents.  He said he would call back (this was the 679 number).  I told him I wanted him to because it was fun talking to him.  He called back on the 444 number and I preceded to do the same thing...telling him I needed my wife back because we have 18 kids and 3 cats (not true...though we do have 3 cats:)).  He then told me "fine, no one will call you back."  And the good thing is that they haven't!

I believe this is some kind of scam. I keep getting these calls.  One I got from two ppl.  One was a guy who I asked where he was calling from.  He never answered but kept telling me that I was approved for a credit card.  I told him that I wasn't interested and to not call me again.  It happened again this time it was some lady.  Her accent was so strong I couldn't understand nothing she was saying.  I threatened them with the police.  No calls for somedays so I thought that worked until they called me again today twice. I really believe this is some kind of scam.  I think by them calling they making money when you pick up the phone.  I am calling my cell phone company to see if I got any charges from any international calls billed to my account.  I advise to NEVER PICK UP THESE CALLS until someone finds out who these people are.

I keep getting calls from the same #. Usually it's a recording concerning some credit card deal. If you listen long enough you get a number to call back. I think it's in Canada but I'm not sure. This was a while ago. Since then, I just hang up.

It's happening on my cell but that's only because I've ported my former land line # to my cell. The problem originated on the land line and I blocked the #. Unfortunately, I can't block the # on my cell.l

Ive recieved at least 12 calls from this #1-444-111-0703  If they come on to talk they say they are a credit card company and told me i was approved so they needed more info...At this point i hung up but they call everyday and sometimes they dont say anything and other times they hang up. This needs to be taken seriously they are obviously theifs!!!!

dude called me again today and said I had been approved for a credit card, called me on my cell phone.  I demanded information from him, and asked him what area code he was calling me from. I knew what it was based on my caller ID. He tried telling me he was calling from California, I kept asking for a area code and he never would tell me. He's called before, I keep telling him not to call and the last time before today I yelled at him and he told me to "kiss my *ss" and hung up on me.  Of course, I could hardly understand him but I understood the kiss my butt part.

I received a call on my cell phone last night (July 11) around 6:20 PM PST from that number.  Rose, how did you go about blocking them?

i have received this phone call too but i have a loved one over seas in the military so could this be an embedded number for undisclosed military ops?

I just got a call from ths number, I did not answer but thought I would google it since it seemed like a strange number.  Looks like they are calling the whole planet.  Looks like a good idea not to answer.  My call was at 8:19pm.

I just received this call and decided to look up the number. Has anyone figured out who this is or what this is calling? This would be the second time for me. First time I didn't answer and this time I thought I would give it a shot. They hung up on me. I don't know what the deal is.

I just had the same thing happen to me. I picked up and it started dialing like i was calling someone.

I've received 2 more calls.  I've finally blocked them to not receive any more calls.

I recieved a phone call from this number at 7:30 tonight. I didn't answer it. This was the first time I recieved a call from this number.

well.. first the guy is saying ive been approved for some kind of credit card over like 200k dollars , and they have some sort of weird accent.

Caller knew my last name and said it was in regards to my credit card..  Of course, I did not give any information and hung up.  Very noisey background.  Who is this calling?

Received my first call from this number just now. I guess I will not be answering this call in the future.

exactly thing happened to me, an extremely loud noise then it begn to ring and someone picked up and talked about how i was approved for a credit card of a very high amount

I also received this call. And it came about 2 hours after I received a telemarketing call from Stored Value Visa Card. I've received 11 calls from the Stored Value Visa CArd from 3 different phone numbers. But this call had no message on my voice mail.

We also received a call showing this number and when we answered, a loud noise was on the line...it stopped, then it started ringing as though I called someone.

Received calls from this # 3 days in a row. When I try to call back - I  get "The # you dialed is invalid...".

yup, me too... i've gotten 4 in the last week. no clue.

Did anyone get any answers? The same thing keeps happening to me. Same phone number as in previous posts. Called back, says number not valid. Getting multiple calls throughout the day and all hang-ups. Getting annoyed here!

Recvd 3 calls from this number on June 5th

unknown # keeps showing up, no clue who they are but when i try to call back it says # not in service. how can i be getting telemarketed by a number not in service?
