Having the same issue here with Rogers. Every month about 26 texts to this number. I know it's not the phone, as we have been thru 2 different phones with same issue. Rogers claims ignorance. I think it is a network issue with them. Spend an hour a month calling, verifying personal data 3 times before I speak with someone who treats me like an idiot.

I've got the same problem as you. I was charged for sending 25 international messages to this number, and I'm from Canada and using a Motorola cellphone as well. Any ideas on how to fix the problem?

I'm also being charged for messages (international) sent to this number, have you find out anything about it? Fido says I have to pay because the messages were sent from my phone (Motorola).

What my phone has to do with it? How can I stop this number from sending messages from my phone?

That is a number used by Motorola to report device usage of prototypes.

my phone keep sending msg to this number why? and being charged 38 msg every month!  Where is this number locate?
