this # called me, an automated voice said I had one a prize and to press 1.  I quickly disconnected the call.  I have the Telezapper phone and rarely get solicitors calling so I'm surprised this one got through.

I also got a call from this no with no response.

This unknown # called my cellphone and I rejected the call.

This number also called me today at 6:17 today. Last week i used skype for the first time and called my cell to check it out. Anybody else use Skype or have been called by Skype?

Call to my cell phone.  No message.  411.ca pointed to quebec area code and google pointed me to here.  Glad I didn't miss an important call but annoyed they wasted my time.

I received a call from this number on my old cell phone # and my new cell phone #... There must be some way they are getting the cell phone #'s and it really needs to stop! I'm going to call my phone provider and ask them questions about this... I TOOK MY NEW CELL PHONE NUMBER THAT MY CELL PHONE COMPANY PROVIDED ME AND I PUT IT INTO GOOGLE AND THE PERSON WHO PREVIOUSLY HAD MY CELL PHONE NUMBER IS LINKED TO PHONE PHREAKING... aparently phone phreaking is like computer hackers... SCARY stuff... you really aren't secure with anything you do now a days... I just receive a call from this number.  After I pick up my cell phone, the recorded message says "Congratulations, your phone is picked for promotion. Please hold we transfer your call."  I was thinking do not ask me any security info.  When the call transferred a woman with strong accent asks my if I would like to buy Cancun package.  I say No.

Got a phone call on Dec 19th around 6pm. Didn't know the number so I didn't answer. No voice mail. I looked up the number on 411.ca and it gave Granby, QC. I'm happy I didn't waste my time answering the phone call.

Unsolicted call

I missed a call from this number and while no voice message was left, I coincidentally received a text message on the same phone around the same time informing me that I'd won 250,000 GB pounds in the "Nokia UK Promo" (interesting since I have a Samsung phone).  I was to call a +44 (UK) number to claim my prize.  Ya right...

i found out that you shouldn't press 1 when asked, because it allows the person calling to make long distance calls that will be charged to your cell. so maybe keep check your billing charges if you pressed 1.

received a call from 1-450-991-9685 on my cell, 450 area code is in Laval Quebec.

4509919685. Called on DEC 16th 2008 at 11:16am PST. Call was placed to my Canadian personal cell phone.  The Man's recorded voice says,  "Congratulations, your number has been selected!  Press one now to receive your promotional gift" repeated twice and then it hangs up.  I didn't press one obviously.  This is just about the most annoying crap ever and I hope they get sued for a giant amount of money.

Be very careful about when someone asking you to hit certain number on your keypad.. I heard a lot of bad thing..i.e. they try to have access to your VM, or anything confidential info on your banking (if you use telephone banking),
I JUST GOT A CALL from this number, I didn't pick up and they didn't leave a msg either.. I hardly give anyone this number so it is really weird that someone would know my phone number.
