This no. was on my caller ID, but left no message.

This is Rachel from Card Services. We can lower your interest rate. This offer will expire soon, so ... Etc, etc. etc.

We're on the DNC list and I've cursed at these people and filed 2 complaints with the FCC and they still call. Someone tracked the numbers down to Sapphire Financial.

Not sure how these folks get around the DNC list but they do. Caller ID and screening calls works - especially when they don't leave a message. Wish they'd get the message and stop calling!

My number must have been sold to several lists, as I have gotten three calls today from folks not leaving messages and out of area or state numbers. I also got one from CA when I don't even live there-when all they do leave is a rather slim message saying call us back we have good news for you. But they didn't say who 'us' was. Just that we were lucky. Yeah I bet!

I also got a call from 458-000-2314.  I asked who they are.  "Rachel Jones" told me she worked for VISA and they were "Card Member Services".  I asked if they were located in Florida and she said "Yes", but I'm not sure if that's true.  I called VISA and they told me this was a prank call - being investigated.
I called the New York Attorney General's office - got nowhere, but was advised to contact the FCC.

left no message- now they are blocked

Received a call from this number the other day.  Did't recognize so I didn't pick-up.  I complained to the FCC about "Cardholder Services" and received a thank you but we can't do anything.  Typical Government response so I wouldn't bother, just another DO NOTHING Government organization.

i've received calls from 458 000 2314. its annoying.  just go to the FCC.gov website and fill out a complaint form.  if enough people do that, the FCC will stop them.

got a number on caller ID from Unknown Caller at 458- 000- 2314, returned call, no connection .

I just took this call. It was from "Account Services" who wanted to lower my credit card rates. All I had to do was give them all my credit card numbers! Ha! Beware!

Received a call from this number but left no message on my machine.  The name on the caller ID was '0' and the number showed up.  Don't know who it was.

I got a call from these people, too.  And they also told me about how I can lower my credit card rating and if I was interested to press "9".  So I did, and someone answered and asked if I'm $5,000 in debt or more.  I told them no and they -- sometimes -- immediately hung up.

On one call I complained to the guy on the other end about the message that came on before I talked to him.  He told me he wasn't aware of the previous message and asked me what it said.  So I told him.  I don't exactly remember what happened next, but he was kind enough to take down what I said.

So if you see this number pop up on your Caller ID, just ignore it.  If you let your answering machine get it, they won't leave a message, which is typical with telemarketers.

It's a recording about a non-existant credit card. Don;t know if it's a scam but I am on the do not call list.

STOP CALLING ME A***OLE

THEY KEEP CALLING ME TOO.  I TRIED ANSWERING LAST NIGHT AND IT WAS SOMETHING ABOUT LOWERING MY CURRENT CREDIT CARD RATE TO 6.9%.  IT SAYS PRESS 9 TO TALK TO A REPRESENTATIVE SO I DID, BUT IT DIDN'T DO ANYTHING AND THEN SOMEBODY DID ANSWER.  I WANTED TO TELL THEM I AM ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST AND I WILL BE REPORTING THEM.  ALSO I DO NOT HAVE ANY CREDIT CARDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  SO QUIT CALLING ME.
