This phone number belongs to a public utility named CallerID4U, Inc., which is run by Paul Maduno and Luis Martinez.  They have entered into revenue sharing agreements with telemarketers who make illegal unsolicited telephone calls.  They profit directly from these outbound unsolicited telephone calls.

This appears to be a clear violation of a number of laws, including 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.

I spoke to them in person. They are VERY ABUSIVE and laugh and use foul language when you ask to be removed from their call list. They claim they are part of GE, as in General Electric.

I am on national DNC and Texas DNC lists. These people need to be stopped. I've received calls EVERY single day for the last two weeks.

I'm now receiving scam calls from this company from two different phone numbers.  Pressing "9" to be taken off their robocall list does not work;  it only tells them they have reached an active phone number.

Sneaky!!! Put fake signs in yards advertising a fake company, alerting thieves to a house with no security system! I have the best security system--two large dogs!! One of which is an exceptional guard dog!!!

Or its an alternate approach to security.  Put the sign in your yard but don't install the system.  The sign is suppoed to scare away burglers.  

But it backfires.  The name of the alarm company on the sign isn't a real company, and the burglers know that.  The guy selling the signs may be their partner, may be telling them who he sold the signs to.

Don't you have to install a security system in order to do that?? Or is that the angle--get the system for a low price if you advertise for them?

I received 2 b2b calls from this number. Caller ID said SECUREXSERVICE. I did not answer & they left no message.
The area code belongs to Eugene, OR.  

I'm certain this is a scam for identity theft, based on other reports like on here.
Irony here is sick: they call to scam you for ID Theft under the guise of selling you security system services.
