Stop this insanity...calling all hours of the day and night...

i get a call from this 4582010239 every day. they keep calling and hang up on me.the call at least 3 time a day.

Called with unknown number and no answer when I picked up.

This number has called my house 3 times this morning.

Home Security company ... says they're giving away $1200 of free wireless equipment.  SCAM.

They called again and again, their call was blocked.  Called at 9:16 AM.

Come on folks - get real!

Buy a call blocking phone.

Panasonic and Uniden make great call blocking phones.  The phones are inexpensive and the come with at least one wireless handset.

We have two phone lines in this house and one is my mothers.  This phone number along with a few others have been calling me and my mothers phones approximately "between both lines" 20-30 times in just the last month and you hear nothing when you answer it. When you call the number back, it rings a couple times and a message says: THE NUMBER YOU HAVE REACHED IS NOT IN SERVICE. How can they call these two lines if they are not in service?

i get calls from these idiots all the time and they say they are a home security system. i am on the do not call list and the caller id says its from eugene oregon. but today i didnt answer and about an hour and a half later a blue truck pulled into my driveway. the man got out and so i grabbed somethign from the house not knowing who the man was. the second i got out the door and he seen me he turned around ran for the truck and took off.

This number has been calling me frequently 2 or 3 times a day, for 3 weeks. When I answer they hang up, also they never leave a voicemail

Got 2 calls  02/05/2013 from this number first called @ 1:59 the 2nd call @3:03 when will this form of  harassment stop? Ask to be put on their do not call list is a waste of your time they call right back

Received 2 calls at 5:03pm and 5:11pm from 458-201-0239. Didn't know who it was from so did not answer.
Did a reverse number look up..said it was from Eugene, OR area.
PLEASE STOP CALLING MY NUMBER !!!

They call again and again (I never answer), but I must say I get a laugh everytime I hear the message they leave.  "Please verify that this is the correct number"  Reminds me of the old Laugh-In show with Ernestine the operator asking if this is the party to whom she is speaking!

I've gotten 4 phone calls from this number today and 3 yesterday. They've continuously called me the last two weeks despite answer and hitting "1" to be put on the remove call list.

It's a silly person who calls herself, "Abbey". Says, "good morning how are you today"? Then she babbles something about a home security systems and hangs up. Most probably hangs up when they realize they are talking to an answering machine. I never pick up the phone for unknown numbers. DNC means nothing to them.

Got a call yesterday and today.  Caller ID says SERVICECCALL.  No one answers when I do ???

When I answer no one says anything.  This is very annoying as I am sick and unable to answer the phone quickly.

Mine was the same as Carol except I spoke to the person and got the actual name of the company. The guy identified the company as Monitronics.

First inform the caller that this call is being recorded - This puts them on notice
Second Never give your name or confirm your phone #. This can be used to show they have established a buisness relationship with you that voids legal action based on the Do Not Call List.

When I spoke to the person I asked why would I trust my safety to a company that contacts me illegally and shows a fraudulant caller ID which by itself is illegal to do for a solicitor. He could not answer. I told him please tell me why I would trust such a company to protect me and asked him if I believed the police department was corrupt and did not believe they were acting in my best interest why would I call them? He  said he saw my point. I told him we have a good police department and they were only a few blocks away. I didn't trust his company and had no need for his service. He politely said he would add my name to the company Do Not Call list. I then terminated the call.

Looks like they're probably a call center. These low-lifes persist bothering us when we're on the DNC registry.

Had a call from 458-201-0239 today (1/31/13) trying to sell a Home Monitoring System. Caller ID showed Service Call.

Got a call from this number.  On caller id it said Eugene, OR.  When I answered there was silence until the call connected (I guess).  They identified themselves having something to do with a home security company.  We are on the Do Not Call Registry.

I get a call from these jack***es every once in a while. I just got one today: 1/30/13.

This phone number belongs to a public utility named CallerID4U, Inc., which is run by Paul Maduno and Luis Martinez.  They have entered into revenue sharing agreements with telemarketers who make illegal unsolicited telephone calls.  They profit directly from these outbound unsolicited telephone calls.

This appears to be a clear violation of a number of laws, including 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.
