Call said it was for raising money for Vets. I disconnected when they said the call would be recorded.

Gotten several calls from this number and no message when my machine picks up. Any donations I make are to local veteran or police organizations that I have personal connections to. So let them call I,m not biting!

Calls everyday. No one on other line. Phone says "GOODNGHBOR" and then the number. Doesn't leave message and no one on line when I answer. Try to call back and number isn't in service.

This phone number belongs to a public utility named CallerID4U, Inc., which is run by Paul Maduno and Luis Martinez.  They have entered into revenue sharing agreements with telemarketers who make illegal unsolicited telephone calls.  They profit directly from these outbound unsolicited telephone calls.

This appears to be a clear violation of a number of laws, including 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.

They called me and said they were from the Disabled Veterans Association and said they would be sending out flyers and could they count on my donation.  I told them I wasn't able to at this time.  He kept talking about how $15 or $20 wasn't much to me but could really help out a veteran who served their country.  Again I told him I wasn't able to donate at this time and he hung up on me.  Soooooo tired of these calls!!!!!

Caller ID says GOODNEIGHBOR. I didn't answer so have no idea what they wanted to sell.

We got 3 calls from this number last night - the last one at 9:45 PM (way too late).  Our caller ID said "Police Fundraising".  No message left.

1-458-201-0245 No message left.. Rec'd about 7:30 pm. ID caller unknown. Did not answer.

None left....

Call with ID of "Goodneighbor". I let the machine pick up; no message.

They call and call and they always hang up.  Please STOP!

What a waste of time and money .
Money wasted getting a phone in the first place.
Money wasted buying phone service that is comprimised before you had time to sign your name .
Money wasted answering calls from jerks who bought your info before you bought your service .
Money wasted playing games and buying gadgets to combat a problem that started before you bought your service .

Short story , you already lost before you ever even started .

I hate my land line phone but got to have it to live .

Sad part about all this , people know who these jerks are , where they live and whom they work for .
Those people are called family and friends and doing nobody any favors by keeping their collective mouths shut and let this abuse of fellow AMERICANS to continue .

I just want them to quit calling.  Twice today.  What happened to the 'do not call list'?

They called twice within 15 minutes, I dod not answer, my recoeder went on , they do not leave a message. getting bothersome. Wish they would lose my number, They leave there name or anything

Called us about an hour and a half ago while I was on another call. They left no message.

Answered call - no body there.  Caller ID was GOODNEIGHBOR
Perhaps they are selling or promoting something new.

As other people have mentioned, Phone Tray free zaps all the annoying calls that I get. One thing I did that made this really convenient was using a very old computer that had just enough resources to run Phone Tray on Windows xp. I put this in a out of the way location where I could run my phone line to the modem and then ran a KVM switch to my main computer and the old computer so I could use the same keyboard, video, and mouse for both computers. I leave the old computer on all the time to catch the unwanted calls and just use the main computer as needed. I was ready to purchase one of the phone screening devices, but as it turned out I had every thing I needed. All I had to do was a lot of googling and read a lot of posts from all you good folks so I could set every thing up and stop all the harassment from the annoying calls. This system blocks ANY calls, not just the 12 blocked calls that my phone service allowed, which everyone knows is not enough. These Good Neighbors aren't the police, they are criminals looking for ID theft.

Received two calls today.....and have had several calls for a week now.... 458-201-0245 and ID caller name is GOOD NEIGHBOR..... Can't be my neighbor because the area is not the same as my area..... no message left.... can't be important!!!!  I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST..... so why do I get these calls????

I just received a call from this scumbag group that calls themselves good neighbor on caller ID...what a joke.  I didn't answer and they hung up...but I'm not stopping there.  I had some fun back with them since I had some time today...first I blocked my number and called them back.  *67 blocks your number so they don't know who is calling...lol.  When the perp answered hello...hello...hellooooo and he was getting a bit feisty...I unmuted my phone and laughed at him and hung up.  I urge everyone to do this to these leeches and that will at least give them some payback...plus you'll feel better.  Then I just blocked that number on my phone so I never receive another call from them.  I know they change their numbers often but the game continues...maybe with people calling back they may realize they piss people off and aren't standing for it.  Go get'm everyone!
