Reporting so this will stop calling my cell phone. Did not answer. No message. Clearly spammer.

I got a call from this yesterday. I really do not understand how they got my number, but I'm glad I found this.. so I know it's not just me.

Yes, I got a call from the same number on Jan 28, 2013.  Looked it up this morning and followed with filing a complaint to the donotcall registry.

These losers called while I was at work.  The caller id just said "customer service". No message left.

Recording offering to lower my credit card rate.  Push 1 if interested.

Called my cell phone: It was a recorded msg saying they were "my" credit card company and to press 1 to reduce my interest rate or 2  to not receive anymore calls. Hummmm. This sounds real illegal.

Glad I didn't answer.

Called my cell phone this morning - I did not pick up, and they left no message.
Second spam call this morning...

This phone number belongs to a public utility named CallerID4U, Inc., which is run by Paul Maduno and Luis Martinez.  They have entered into revenue sharing agreements with telemarketers who make illegal unsolicited telephone calls.  They profit directly from these outbound unsolicited telephone calls.

This appears to be a clear violation of a number of laws, including 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.

Called an our ago.  Automated phishing call--takes you to a "customer service representative."  Do not respond.

AT least they speak ..... they KEEP calling my business (Mattress store) and when the girl answers the phone .... they just hang up ..... wasting my operators time and VERY unprofessional.  Calling the FCC on these ppl TODAY!!!

I suggest that you:
A. DO NOT GIVE YOUR NAME TO THEM AT ALL. IT IS NOT THIER BUSINESS AND YOU HAVE NOT BUSINESS WITH THEM.
1. Talk to anyone who calls your number
2. keep a notebook
3. get the NAME of the person and ID#.
4. get the company name and information.
5. tell them that:
a. you are not the person they seek
b. you are on the DNC list.
c. They are to remove your number in any and all files and to notify the party that they got the number from that they are to remove this number form there files.
d. be sure and record the phone number it came from as well.
6. if they call again, ask for a suprvisor.  Repeat 3-5 above.
a. if it happens again AFTER talking to a supervisor, then ONLY get the name and id number of the person and keep a log. You are only to tell them that they have already been warned not to call you and then hang up.
7. After say 5-7 calls, file a small claims suit against the named individuals at the company, using the company name and address for process of service. Be sure and file the names as JOHN DOE EMPOYEE OF XXX COMANY AKA NAME AND ID #, be sure and use ALL names that you talked to and informed that they have wrong person and you are on DNC. Remember that the INDIVIDUAL is responsible for making the call as well as the company.  Hopefully the individual will cross file a comlaint against thier own company and then  they will be technically against the company and will have to explain why the company is responsible for thier actions
8 File a spearate suit against the company. the suits can be combined later if the individuals crossfile against the company.

depending upon the state you live in or under federal law there is minimum damages compensation plus fines for the company.  Always ask for both.  The judge has the right to order the statutory fines as well as statutory damages and court costs.

Remember to file locally and in small claims. Most of these companies are out of state and think that they are  untouchable.

When you get the court awards, ask the judge for an interstate order.  Then file it in the county that the company is in.  As the court there to collect it for you or how to colelct it.  THe company can have funds from its accounts siezed. Be sure and file the award in the state and county the company is in.  It will damage teh company's credit rating and business.

I received a call from this number 9 minutes ago.  My cell phone is on the donotcall registry.

Just received my Sprint cell phone bill with an ungodly charge on it from this number.  Never answered this call.  It is being billed as an international call, although it shows it coming from Eugene Oregon.  You can only imagine the charge for a 241 minute supposed call.

Answered this call and it was a robot that wants me to lower my APR on a credit card.  It never said which credit card nor did it reveal which company was calling.
