Get the same type of calls all the time.  Never answer the call and never call the number back.  Do Not Call List does not keep these scammers from calling.  If they can't get anything on one number, they just spoof another number and keep on going.  If the area code does not give them away, using a 000 prefix should be a good alert to not answer the phone.  Too bad there is no good way to stop them.

Yes, buy phones with a "call blocking" feature...it works.

The druggie card service scammers can "say" they are "working" with our credit card companies, but they only say that to get our credit card numbers so they can work to cheat us! These people (creatures) are the most disgusting, because they prey mainly on the elderly, who in many cases are the ones the least able to afford to be cheated. Beware of these lowlifes, and warn others before they are taken advantage of.

What is wrong with these people 6-12 calls a week do they not have to follow the law STOP %^$#@% CALLING MY HOUSE!!!          please is there anything we can do to stop this  and they are not the only ones

they called to lower my interest rate.....they said they were working with experian and transunion

This is a call from some company to lower your credit card rates. Yesterday, I requested they not call me again but got another call today which was very abusive ("F**K YOU!") & said "I "keel" you", sounding like a Middle Eastern accent. Threatening my life is a Federal Offense, no matter who's calling or if they are just trying to annoy me.  Something MUST be done to stop these offensive calls!!!! They call EVERY SINGLE DAY without fail!

No, it certainly will not do you any good.  I did just that yesterday & today I got another call.  As soon as I pressed the number to reach a rep I got cussed out; told, "F**K YOU!  I KEEL YOU!" Please, do not answer them or else just pick up the receiver & then hang it up.  I have reported this to the FCC, not that THAT will do any good either.

Received another call from "Ann" from Credit Card Services saying I have wonderful credit and that if I press "9" I am on my way to lowering my credit card interest rate....

I've received many calls from this number and have been filing complaints with both the FCC and the National Do Not Call Register (I am on the Do Not Call List).

It's the lowlife card service scammers using this spoofed number again after a short respite.The only reason these uneducated, foolish jack***es call is to try to fool us into giving them our credit card numbers so they can rip us off. Beware of these scummy creatures and warn others before they are cheated! There is no reason why people such as these, with far below average intelligence and drug-addled brains should to able to take advantage of any of us, as long as we spread the word of them to our family and friends!

Caller ID Name: Unavailable

The telephone number shows up in Caller ID in fraudulent robocalls that announce themselves as "Ann from 'Card Services."  To avoid credit card identity theft, it would probably be a good idea to immediately hang up.

Caller ID said UNAVAILABLE.From reading these posts it looks like it's the same idiots that call about lowering credit card rates.I'm also on the so called DO NOT CALL LIST.It doesn't seem to stop them though they just change their numbers and seem to get around it.Also the phone number listes sounds fake too.No number starts with 000.

Get calls regularly from this number, finally put in caller Id.  Forget about do not call list it does not work.

I had to chuckle when I saw the "000" exchange.  No such number exists anywhere.  I just happen to have the caller ID name of "name not found" already on my blockers black list so they got disconnected instantly.

Foreign terrorist scammers again.  468-000-5529.  Why can't we call them back and harrass them.  Kick their foreign terrorist bombing a--es out of the country!

I have already turned them in to the FTC and received letter stating they are going to investigate them..I have saved every number on my caller ID that they have called me from...I am sick of it..They are scammers wanting info on our cards and bank...

For the 4th time now.....when they called this morning, yes, it was about an opportunity to reduce my credit card interest rates....I've asked them twice to not call/take me off their list. I checked and yes, I'm on the Do Not Call List (since 2011).

So this morning when they called, I waited and when the guy asked me if I was calling to lower my interest rates, I said, "No, I just want the name of your company." He smirked and said, "What....Longwood Dirtyfoot?" and then he hung up on me.

And let me point out the '468' area code does not exist.  *60 doesn't work since the Area Code is fake.

I am so upset with these people calling every day, 7 days a week. Morning , noon and night...phone ringing after 9 pm and they will not stop it after I asked them to take me off the call list. They have more numbers they use and changes every week. I can't understand why they can't be stopped. What use is the no call list we all have joined if it doesn't put a stop to them??

If you get a phone call from this number DO NOT ANSWER IT-it is an international call and you can get stuck paying at least $50 just for answering. Call your service provider and have them block the number.

These A$$WIPE$ must be hitting on some feeble minds, otherwise they wouldn't be doing it.

My suggestion is to answer the phone and if the miscreant is a female make very liberal use of the C word and tell her you can smell her lousy C through the phone,

If it's a male miscreant tell the critter you are well aware of his wife / sister / mother spends many hours on her knees in a ghetto XXX theater.

Just got called (my cell phone, which is on the no-call list) this morning. I've read elsewhere that these people offer to lower your credit card interest, but when you ask to speak to a live person, they ask you all sorts of personal questions...questions they should already have answers for, if they could really lower our rates.  Looks like a scam sort of situation where they get enough info from you to steal your identity. They don't have a website and if you ask them too many questions and point out that any reputable business would have a website among other things, they get angry and abruptly end the call.  In looking up the area code I found this:

Here I am again for the same number: 468-000-5529.

I called my phone provider and complained. The CSR told me to implement Anonymous Call Rejection (*77) which I did. And Call Block - *60. I did both; however since area code 468 does not exist, the *60 doesn't work. I've been on the Do Not Call List since 2011.

What do you do next?

IMO - I think they robo call me now because I told them not to. I think they do it on purpose just to irritate now.

They have been calling for quite a while. I finally decided to pick up the phone to tell them to stop.
1) the person on the other end had such a heavy middle-eastern accent, I almost couldn't understand.

2) told him POLITELY to take my number off.

3) called once again to day.

4) can't return the phone call because the number is fake. Area Code 468 does not exist.

I have repeatedly ask these people to stop calling and take me off their list and I am on the do not call list. Just as soon as you press 9 and start to tell them remove my number they hang up on you and then the same company will call from another number. I have reported their numbers many times. This is from a LOWER YOUR RATE for credit cards. I am really bugged, after so  many years of this and still nothing deters them.
