Received call from this number, when I called it received msg your call cannot be completed as dialed

Caller ID shows "Name Not Found."  I never answer calls if I don't recognize the number, but it is still annoying when these nitwits call. I block all these unidentifiable calls, but the phone will still ring one time.  I would really like to know who this is.  I have never called back.  I'm pretty sure it's some kind of scam.

Got calls from both 469-089-4577 and 817-073-5955.  Both are solicitation calls.

Got calls a week long with these unknown prefixes of 089 / 056 / 073. Called all the numbers back they are bogus numbers and they ring once do not go through & just hang up!!

"CALLER ID SAYS NAME NOT FOUND"

Since the "Do Not Call" list does not apply in all cases it somewhat useless.

We hit upon a potential solution to these "Unwanted calls".  We no longer answer the phone unless we see the call ID first. All other calls to go our voice message machine.

We maintain a telephone log-of course not everyone wants to do that- and when we collect enough data we submit a complaint to the FCC (FCC,.gov)  

It's probably not a good idea to call the number back since in some cases the calls might get forwarded to a number in another country and you could end up with a very large phone bill.

Who knows, if everyone stopped answering their phones maybe these unwanted calls would go  away since they can't make any money  if no one responds to them.

I got a call from this number about an hour ago.  This is the 4th call I've gotten in the past week from a # with "0" in the first 3 numbers, and the caller ID always says "Texas".  Since the number is always different my call blocker doesn't help.  The other numbers are:

I have been getting calls. I never pick up and they don't leave a voicemail. when I call back it doesn't got thru.  I have been getting other call with a "0" in the first 3 numbers

I just received a call from this number. Thought it was fam in TX, but when I realized there was no sound on the other line and the first number in the exchange is a '0' I just hung up.

No Message on answering machine. Have no idea who this is.

Nobody speaks. Just hangs up. Maybe just a bot dialing out waiting for VM.

Called about a "2008 Honda Civic". When I interrupted her to ask who she was looking for, that c***-face hung up on me.

Caller ID says Texas.  No message
