This is Card Services working for bank of america collections.  Do not deal with them, Call Bank of america direct number from your account statement.  These people are trouble.

Caller ID says Card Services.  Multiple calls per day with no voicemail left.

This is an Edward Jones office and I get no less than 6 of these calls each and every day.  There is never anyone on the other line; by the time I'm done with my "thank you for calling Edward Jones" thing, it automatically hangs up.

Please make this stop....

Someone keeps calling me from this number they call at all hours of the day and then no one is on the other line...They ask to speak to someone but it's not my name and then when I say that it's not me they get irate and yell. So I hang up....once a guy called back and kept telling me that the person he is asking for IS ME!   I told him to f---- off!

I filed bankruptcy, which by law, once they receive notice of this, all collection calls are supposed to stop.  It seems that Bank of America had started them once they recieved the notice instead of the other way around.  I keep getting these calls at my job, from many different numbers, text messages, and private calls.  They even sent a letter saying they know I filed for bankruptcy, but I am still liable for the remainder of my balance.  Again, against the law!  I am filing a complaint against them, per my lawyer, and if they continue, I can recieve money from them.  how crazy is that right?  I file for bankruptcy owing them like $20K and they will owe me money becasue the didn't follow the law.  Whatever!  So annoying nonetheless!

I received a call from them "Card Services for Bank of America".  A very nice lady told be I had missed a credit card payment (I had) and was calling for payment via phone.

As I was talking with hr, I logged into my account online and made a payment there.  The lady kept trying to get my banking info and said she could take the payment over the phone.

I believe its a legit call, but I still wouldn't trust them. Better to deal directly with BOA.

5 back to back calls and no messages....WTF!

Came up on caller ID as BANK OF AMERICA at 469-201-4312 with message asking me to return call at an 877 number. I called the 469 number and a nice young man said he'd try to find out what was wrong with my account if I'd give him all sorts of info. He was tickled to death when I asked if he could just check it out more quickly if I gave him my account number.

I laughed at him, told him "Good try, Fool!" and called Bank of America. They seem to have NO IDEA what's going on and are not even interested. I told them I thought that was really STUPID!

DO NOT listen to these people saying it's not a scam! Use your common sense....Bank of America would not harrass you over & over, every hour of the day! I have been scammed by a company who's various numbers showed up Houston, Dallas & Austin. They scammers actually used those numbers from the Bahamas! They DID get paid for every answered call or returned call! They will add the charges to your cell phone bill so read yours carefully. I had 12 minutes of calls in a month & $40 in extra charge! Don't call them, or answer them. Go talk to your cell phone carrier & have that # blocked!

Bank of America uses this number to obtain a past due debt on a credit card for them. They will call you up to three or four times a day and not leave a message.

Has been calling about 3 times in the past hour. Says B OF A. somewhere out of Dallas, Tx. Would not leave a message.

Call about 3 times an hour everyday and leave no message. This makes me so mad...it is bank of America don't get me wrong.

calls, leaves no message. is it a scam or the bank?

The caller ID states "Incomplete Data", but *69 gave me the number  of
469-201-4312.  I give them props for being persistent.  Six times yesterday, and four times today before 9:30 am est.  Left no message.  Maybe the operators get paid by how many calls they can make in a shift?

I just called BOA and they confirmed that someone did try to call me this morning (I only missed 1 call). So, I'm going to have to say this one is legit. Now, BOA are a bunch of crooks, but that is a separate point.

I just called Bank of America myself, and was able to verify the information they gave (I was overdue for $15) was accurate.  THat number is not a scam believe it or not and I was convinced it was.
