random, spam phone call, no message, no id.  please get it to stop

This # also called me but i do not believe its a scam he did not ask me for my personal account information. He just says if i had any problems with the account after opening it and how to avoid the monthly fees and thanked me for picking BOA to do business with. I did just opened an account with them and this was a courtesy call.

I also just opened an account with BoA and was just called by this number

Called 12-20-12 @ 8:07pm. Did not leave a message.

Has called me 3 times leaving no messages. Did recently open B of A accounts online. As a rule, I don't answer unknown phone #'s or return calls when no message is left.

This number has called me twice so far- once today (12/14) at 3:01pm EST, once a week ago (12/7) at 3:08pm EST.  I called back, there is a rather long pre-recorded message claiming to be from BOA.  I doubt it is legit.

This is a call from a fake Bank of America rep. Please report this as fraud

This same number has been calling me for 3 weeks now, asking to speak to my sister. But I'm glad to know now that this is nothing but a scam. Time to have me a little fun myself. Please let them call back.

Got a call tonight from that number it said BOA on my phone my wife gave me the phone guy said thank you for refinancing with BOA gave the date I made my first payment how much My payment was gave me the info on my escrow acct. asked me if I would like a new credit card with lower interest rates told him no, he asked me if I had ever went to the Nevada fine arts museum I told him no he said if I went to the BOA face page and to look for the word museum just click on it and  I could prove my debit card and the all I would have to do is show it at the door and we could get in for free, the light finally came on at that moment,o.k I say he asked if I had any questions I told him no, he did not ask for any acct. #s at that time I called BOA abuse section there e-mail is( abuse@bankofamerica.com) they had me send them what the conversation was,by e-mail they said don't worry and that I was protected and they would be investigating this phone # so folks if you get a call from this # don't answer it or hang up.

Said it was an "informational call" and asked for my husband. When I said he will not talk to strangers on the phone, they said they'd send something in the mail.

They keep calling my house!! there are SO annoying! And they say that there from BANK OF AMERICA! its no TRUE!! There lairs and they just want your credit info. So don't give them anything! or just don't answer!!

Did the caller try her best to speak in an American accent but her Spanish accent gave her away? Must be one of them dumb slaves hired by card services.

Bogus calls each day pretending to be Bank of America

Constant calls. Claim to be Bank of America (BoA) , but not the case. They simply ask if everything is okay. They do no ask for anything else. They never leave a message. They almost always call between 3 PM and 5 PM each day. Sometimes the time is different.

Did not answer phone call, Called at 7pm EST, when I called back NO NAME on RECORDING just office closed, please call back between 7am-7pm. BUSINESSES identify themselves on recordings if they are legitamate....

Think its a SCAMMER looking for info.......Pretending to be B of A

Several calls to my cell phone, lists number and Dallas, TX. Did not answer. Attempted to text to number, immediate reply (AT&T system) "invalid number". Never spoke with caller. My Advice: DISREGARD ALL CALLS FROM THIS OR ANY OTHER NUMBER YOU DO NOT RECOGNIZE.

This is a legitmate number for Bank of America. I received a call today from this number and when I returned it they were thanking me for being a loyal BOA customer.

got the call last night (we BoA remortgaged last month, btw). I only got as far as a long pause after I answered with "with whom am I speaking?" I disconnected as a woman's voice began. The only reason I answered is because I have flyers out for a lost/missing cat and they have my cell # -- if not for that I would have never answered a call like this.

I started receiving calls from 216-545-8515 for several days, each time the caller did not leave a message. Caller ID is Bank of America. I called the number and received a Bank of America greeting. I spoke to a person and requested my number be removed from their call list.
Today I received similar call from 469-201-6660, caller ID is Texas. Again, caller did not leave a message. I called 469-201-6660 and again received the Bank of America greeting and then spoke to a person and requested that my number be removed from their call list. Don't know if these calls are legit from Bank of America or not.

Got a call at 8:40pm said there from BOA. banks don't call outside of business hours.

Caller from this number 469-201-6660 has called twice at 8:30pm est, two nights in a row, claiming to be a Bank of America rep. and wanted info about my account. I told the caller that i have already did a phone number revierse check last night when he called...he then hung up on me.. i called back and got a 'Our office hours are from...." message

i received a call from this number today 7:55pm EST no massages. I call back no answer! Strenge

Called and hung up. Didnt even say a word. I closed my account earlier today.

A call came across my caller ID at 8:51p.m. listed as Bank Of America. When I said hello, there was a brief pause before a man with a deep voice came on the line asking for my husband. I then asked him to wait while I went to check whether or not my husband was still awake, but we never figured out what he wanted because my husband just hung up. This is our first call from this number, and I was concerned because of the fact that we do business with this company. I am actually hoping that this person does call back so that I can see if further actions will need to be taken.
