They call me every day and say I owe money and the amount is always differant.  This has got to be a scam

I received a call from 469-206-9605.  They claimed to be from Chek Systems regarding a debt I owed to Citibank.  I receive Social Security as my only income.  They threatened to file a lawsuit and garnish my checking account.  They already had my personal information.  They even had my cell number.  They need to be stopped.  Now they're trying to scam seniors out of their only source of income????  

Several voice mails threatening a summons and prosecution for willful and intentional misrepresentation that could lead to a summons to appear and possible felony charge in New York.  Primary target was a person that hasn't lived at my address for over 10 years but I would also be summoned.  Caller identified himself as Morgan Chase, a junior partner at Harrison & Harvey Mediation.  Nice twist on the banking name. Maybe some old fashioned Texas justice for people like this would help reduce the call level and harassment cycle for those of us on the receiving end.

the previous msgs are relative to runners!! i had a debt that i neglected and didn't pay until i gt some money. i would change my number and every thing else a debtor i.e." people who RUN from bills" do. i resolved it with a gentleman who set me up on an arrangement and its gone. i still have debt but who doesn't!!!

They use other numbers too and have been harassing me and also harassing my mother,  they told her that if she didn't pay them at least $100 that I was gong to jail and they wanted her to give them her credit card number to pay it.  All the while never disclosing who they were, etc.   they claimed I owe then 580.   They have refused to provide any proof of any debt and when I prev requested it they hung up on me.   I can handle these annoying people but when they harass my mom and threaten her like that then that is where I draw the line and want something to be fine about their illegal practices.   There are a ton of complaints about these numbers and it would seem like something would get gone to stop them after so many tax paying citizens complaining about them.  

This is not a legit company they are trying to scam people into thinking they owe a debt and once you give your info they clean out your account

I received a call from this number on my cell phone claiming to be an attorney with Harriston and Harvey and they were calling on behalf of Bank of America.  Left this voicemail with my name and last 4 digits of my social.  I called them back and I asked who they were and I got the response that they were a processing company. So I mentioned calling the police, then I was quickly disconnected.  Don't give them any information, they are fishing to get your entire social security number and to copy your identity or extort money from you .  I found out they are piggybacking their number to a legitimate company's' number.  Total scam and under investigation in several places.

My wife works as A cna at a nursing home she got a call from Kevin Douglas saying she own money from a payday loan  supposedly done over 5  plus yrs ago and during that time we were  in bankruptcy and had no active checking account's .how can that be I thought ? called their number only to be told he was out of the office and talked to another person  after a brief conversation over the phone I demanded a hard copy to be sent to my address and told him a lawyer would become involved if this was a attempt  to collect on something we had no knowledge of  twice we dealt with people trying the same thing and turned it over to a lawyer and had cease and desist letter sent and heard nothing else from them again !

A guy from this number called my son and threatened prosecution with a felony warrant for fraudulent transactions, my son called me, I discovered that this organization is bogus, if the law enforcement community was looking for you, they will find you and personally contact you and most of all they will identify themselves and their agency.
This number is a scam, and they are utilizing extortion and threats of prosecution,to get money from private people and small charity organizations such as churches, and people who are afraid because they do not know the laws that these people are violating. I will call the federal bureau of investigation, and the federal trade commission, and the FCC to track the address of these b*****ds. and let them see that they are perpetrating illegal real schemes. be on the look out. they will be caught soon I am going to refer this page to the News media in Texas..

Do not respond to calls from this number. They said I owed a debt and they were doing to have me arrested for felony theft if I didn't pay $515. They told me it was a loan through Fox Enterprises and they advised that I didn't call them because since it was turned over to their company it was illegal for them to disuses it with me. so yes I call Fox Enterprises and they didn't have nay record of me ever even applying for a loan with them. They did a 3 way call with me and the guy from Hariston and Harvey Mediation Group got all irate and hung up on us. They advised me to file a police report and stated that they would investigate as well. It was scary because they had personal information, even relatives names and numbers!! Scam!!!

Got a call from 469-206-9605 this morning did not Answer, they turned around and called my sister and told her I needed to contact them because I was going to be arrested for theft. I called them back got some guy asking for my information I told him he called my sister he should have my information and I told them I wanted their company name because I was turning them into the Federal Trade Commission because they are not suppose to call my sister if I owe a debt and then they hung up on me again so I called them back and told them I need their company name to give to the Federal Trade Commission to which they hung up again. I called back and talk a third different person and he said how can I help you I said can I please have you company name and he said what do you need that for and I told him because I was turning them into the Federal Trade Commission and he said why and I said for one you threatened to have me arrest for theft, I've never committed any theft and two you called my sister and told her I committed theft to which is he Ma'am Kiss My A** and hung up again so I reported them to the federal trade commission I suggest you all do the same........It's a SCAM

Called and left message. Sady Monroe, served me by message that I.was being served by Davidson County TN? Ok?...1. You have to be local to serve, or certified mai. And if your serving me, it has to be in person. 2. You have tp give me info on who, why, what company is serving me.
I've paid my debts, got papers to prove I have. And if kevin douglas was who I was to be in contact with, he needs to call me. Not you. no bills sent to me. So you have nothing to stand on. Oh and "good luck", really. No debt collector has ever said to me "good luck". And Ihave had a lot. So good luck, on your next scam.    

Got a call to be served...in Davidson County...but your in Texas, not Tennessee? Doesn't work that way. Officially served by voicemail Sady Monroe? Doesn't work that way either. People who need you served, call local people to serve you for 1. And for 2, you have to serve in person. Can't just call. Up and say your served, lazy a** people. Go get a real damn job!

Some guy left a message claiming to be investigator Douglas. He stated I would be prosecuted, but didn't say why. In order to stop it I needed to contact their office. Why would someone be calling me from Texas for something in a county and state hundreds of miles away?

Got a call looking for my ex daughter in law... same number from out of state but talking about home town places...my daughter also got this call... she called it back and they were looking for information she did not give them....

Received, same call except they called my moms house and said they were a process server from San Diego county even though the call was coming from falls, Texas.   What company is this and how do I get the too stop calling my mom?

Some process server ( Robert Bronson) from Texas called my job and upset me... looked up the number no business just a bunch of complaints regarding this guy from Texas..

Some guy called twice from 469-206-9605. My mom got the 1st call and said i was not available. 2nd time i answered it I told him wrong number he claimed to be some type of process server from "Maricopa county". Im not an expert on legal things but i am also pretty smart and I wonder about someone from Texas calling me about a local matter. Does not make any sense and I have a feeling its boogus in some way
