Person called my number back to back over 5 times in 10 minutes and Talking about  lawsuit but never named the company

This number has called me 8 times today. My concern is that they have my social and bank acct numbers!! So now I'm scared they will steal my money and identity!

469-208-0077- They threatened me with arrest and said I was guilty of fraud - (which I know that no lawyer would ever say before a case is tried by a judge...) and they said I must pay over $8600. I repeatedly asked for their information- location, names, etc. and they hung up.
This so-called "law office" called me today threatening me with arrest tomorrow for a fictitious loan that they claimed I took out and also for "fraud", if I did not repay over $8600. I know this is a farce because I never done such a thing. I turned the questions back on them and asked what law office they were from and they refused to give me the name and their names. I was hung up on so I called them back and they answered simply "law office"... This is a scammer company harassing several individuals, as I have read several consumer reports online. When I asked them for their info when I called back, they refused to comply with my requests and said I was going to be arrested for fraud. They read back my social sec number. I told them that stealing consumer information is illegal and scamming people and making threats with personal information is a felony. They hung up. I want to press harassment charges and want it known that they have access to my personal information.

I just had the same number call me. They won't leave me alone, so when he asked me to verify some information, I just said NO to everything. I am sick of these SCAMS.
I had this happen to me several months ago and I talked with the FTC. I filed a complaint and the lady toldy me to tell them, if they called again that they have been reported to the police.

It seems these people are on a roll today. I just got a call on my cell, didn't answer it and then they called my job.They said I was in big trouble pretty much. The man with the heavy accent spoke really fast. Told me I was being charged with check fraud among a few other things (I don't write checks). Knew it was a scam when the international number came across my work phone. He said he was calling from Ronald & Nancy Legal Associate. Immediately googled them while he was still talking and I informed him I couldn't find them on the internet. He then hung up on me. I called back and he told me to hold for their clerk so she could tell me who the charges where from and I then told him I didn't need to talk to anyone because I don't believe them and he hung up on me again. What I can tell you is that I recently applied for a payday loan online 3 days ago. I think it's connected.  

Same thing happened to me just today and I called them back and told them I turned this over to the police and the guy said I should, and then hung up

This number has called three times this afternoon. He left 2 voice mail messages-hard to understand. He had my name correct and stated that it was urgent that my attorney or I return the call immediately (never stating what it was regarding) he repeated the urgency and that I could have my attorney call them. And he concluded (like the others have stated) "if you don't respond to this call then whatever happens...good luck!"   I know that I have debt, even behind on two but I am not going to call some random, no company name back. Anyone know who they really are?

I just received a call from this number as well. I just hung up I don't have time for these games..

after getting two calls I look them up right here in saw that it was a scam like I knew it was anyway.I called him back with my very bad gay accent.  when he told me who he was looking for I told him he had the wrong number and that he sounded gay and I was wondering if he wanted a date he hung up very quickly

i just got the same call they claim to be a law firm and that they had crimanal charges against me but wont sent any paper work even call my place of employment

I just got the same threatening call. Dumb a** said I borrowed 5000 dollars and did t pay it back and they were suing me.  I told the foreign as shine to bing it on.  Scam alert.  

This is a scam...trying to get money for nothing.  Threatening said i would be in deep trouble with the law if i refused to call back.  Last remark (in broken..hard to understand english.)  "if you don't respond to this call then whatever happens...good luck!"  So what old gangster movies has he been watching!!! It's rediculous...and needs to be stopped.

Its a scam do not send any money to anyone who and claims they are from law firm or attorney generals office.  There is no way in hell they are going to take you jail, and it takes months before they start to garnish your wages.  First you need to be served papers from the court.  So if non of this has happened DON'T WORRY.  Just DON'T SEND ANY MONEY, ESPECIALLY ON A CASH CARD. Please check all suspicious phone numbers on google.  

I received a suspicious call from this number at work. I went online to look up information on this number and I found comments from other people who also received the same call and message from this number. They said they were a law firm and needed to return their call as soon as possible.
