This is a scammer that claims to be from Microsoft Office Tech Support and claim that they have been getting messages that hackers are trying to hack your computer, they then ask to try to connect your computer to them through a website. I called Microsoft and they told me they can't call customers. Just hang up. Don't give them any information.
