Brent called us and has been rude! He says we own a company that we DO NOT own. He called my husband a F*%$er and a c*#@ sucker. This needs to STOP! I am pretty sure you can not call people and threaten them this way. I will be contacting my AG.

I have received threatening phone calls from Haller, Harlan & Taylor as well. Very threatening, unprofessional calls that left me quite appalled. I'm glad to know we're not the only ones.

I am a bankruptcy attorney in San Diego California. I have started to receive calls from Paul Rodgers regarding a person I don't even represent. In fact, I have no idea who they are talking about. Yet Mr. Rodgers is insistent that I some how represent this person. Strange company. They don't seem to be aware of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act or the Rosenthal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. If I had a client that was really on the receiving end of collection efforts by these guys I would be tempted to file an action.

Please be aware that this is still going on. I have been harassed by Paul Rogers with continual phone calls, emails and letters, some threatening. If this happens to you, please report Mr. Rogers and his firm to the attorney general's office.

These people are CRAZY!!!!! I am a receptionist at a small company, there rep "buddy" actually called me a c***sucker and hung up on me. Then immediately called back. "Buddy" calls numerous times a day. Sometimes hes "Buddy" sometimes hes "Paul" and sometimes hes "Josh" all the same person. This mystery man works for Haller, Hartlen, and Taylor a very shady commercial collection agency out of east Texas. These people should be asshamed of themselves for the way they behave. Oh by the way I checked, they are not lawyers.
