Called with a ton of background noise and took him about 10 seconds to even say hello back.

Told me I had won a free home security system. I don't own a home so it's definitely fake.

I called them back and the have an automated system that you can put your phone number in and (hopefully) they will quit calling you.

Missed call from this number, no voicemail.

Just got a call from this #.  No voice on other line after I said hello a couple times.  Then a garbled sound, and a disconnect.

I just got the same bogus call about a survey I never filled out.

My husband, daughter(who is 13) and I have sequential cell numbers they call my husband first and didn't reply when he answered. Called me about 5 minutes later claiming I filled out a survey for a job opportunity - I explained I had not - guy apologized and hung up. They called my daughters phone a few minutes later - I told them our cell numbers were on the do not call list and asked what company he worked for and he hung up.

The number came up 469-300-0308 and they said they were a Goovernmeny placement center.   I said hang on let me put my local police to handle this...they hung up quicker than anything...

Got call from this number, claimed to match people with jobs. Said I had requested via a survey, NOT TRUE. Well he called my SafeLink number and I never give that number out to anyone. It's for emergency calls only, period.

I strongly suspect phishing for id theft oppertunities.

This person called my safe link number, he claim it was in response to an online survey. Said it was a carrer search company.  Odd since he called my SafeLink number which I never use or give out, I know hes full of it.

Same here.    Totally bogus, because he called my work cell and I never give that out for surveys, and I never filled out a survey for a Walmart gift card.

I live in North Texas.  We just noticed a missed call from this number.  How annoying, we're starting to get strange calls on the cell.  They ran out of 972 prefix's so have to use 469 since at least 8 years ago.  We were given a 469 years ago for our home phone.   The point is this could be a home phone or a cell IMO.

Got this call earlier today. Didn't answer. No voicemail. Nobody has this number, so not sure how they got it.

Received the call, no one on the other end (only a weird "chirp" noise). Junk call.

I received a call from this number today. The caller said the call is based on he online survey about job search I recently filled. I never filled any online survey or I am in search of a job. So hung up.

got a call 7 hours ago from this number. didn't call back. new it was something strange though

I'll second to previous posts. The caller said the call is based on the online survey about job search I recently filled. He went on asking credential information w/o asking sufficient agreement (nationality, DOB, degree level etc). Although I'm on job search I hang up.

Telemarketer

Called them back (from an anonymous phone) and the message says they are a career placement agency.  So definitely lying about how they got my cell number.

Didn't hear the company identity, but the caller said it was about "the recent online survey" that I filled out.  Since I NEVER give out my cell phone number in online forms, etc., this was clearly a lie.
