I want to know why when they call my number why they are not there to talk to me then, I have no idea who they are and I am not calling back to see who they are.

I GOT A SIMILIAR CALL. IT WAS ACTUALLY ABOUT AN OLD ATT ACCOUNT I HAD. GLAD THEY CALLED AS IT STOPPED ME FROM HAVING A BAD MARK ON MY CREDIT

3rd party debt collector cannot leagally mark your credit. If they try to, write all of the 3 major agencies and dispute asking them to validate the charge. Sometimes they tack on unbelievable recovery fees or rates. If you do really owe the monies and it is within the time frame, contact the ORIGINAL owner of the debt (i.e. ATT) directly and settle the amount. DO NOT ever deal or negotiate with a collection agency.
When I returned their call Ashely could not and would not verify what type of company they were, she only said they were CCA (like a robot). She said the represented multiple companies.

call was a recording asking to call another toll free number...then didnt even get a chance to write down the number! tried calling back instantly, NO ANSWERE!!

Called the # back, only they said were they were CCA.  I asked what type of business, she said personal.  Told her to stop calling.  She asked my name, I told her I would not give her my name only my phone #, she refused to do anything because I refused to give her my number.  I hung up and blocked their damn number!

CCA, don't know them, need to stop calling me at 845p at night!

Called number back the negro on the other end asked me for my ss# . I told her I dont give that information out to unknown callers and she hung up!

The message on my answering machine was stating "an urgent matter we need to address". They called everyday(weekends too),sometimes twice a day, to call back to 1-800-646-1336. I called back(after over a week of calls),I asked why someone keeps calling my residence. The guy didn't ask anything, he already knew the # I was calling from! He asked "Is this Molly?". I told him I didn't know any Molly, he sat in silence. I told him that "Molly" probably gave out an incorrect # on purpose to avoid these calls. He said he was taking my # out of the system. Then asked "Is there anything else I can do for you?". I wanted to scream I don't even know who the heck you are, let alone what you could do for me. Of course what I actually said was "No" and hung up. I hope that's the end of it.

no credit woes on my end. got a call today. no message (have friends in TX). callled back, Ashley answered, asked what type of company they were, she said, multiple. hung up.

I've gotten numerous calls from this company, asking me to call them back for an "urgent" matter.  This time a Mike Yarbrough called from this 469 number and asked me to call him back at 866-265-7927, and even and offered that he would be in the office until 9 p.m. to call them back.  Other times they have called from toll-free numbers, and a Cheryl Jones left a similar message.  They even called my parents.

I have not called them back, and don't plan to.  I've only been a customer with AT&T/Cingular for 6 months, but I called today and everything is fine with my account.  I pay all my bills on time anyway.  I even had a friend who is a mortgage broker pull my rating, and everything is fine.  This is obviously a scam, phishing for information.  Don't call them back.  So many people are AT&T customers that they're taking a shot at finding someone who did actually owe some money at one point, and conning them into thinking it's gone to collections to get personal information.

This company had the nerve to call my sister who lives 2 thousand miles away from me asking her how to contact me.  Of course she was upset receiving the call and I have no idea of how they got her number as I did not give it to them.  I called the number and it continually rang without even having a voice mailbox.  I told my sister to tell them to take her off their calling list and tell them where I am.

Calls come in repeatedly with no voice mail.

I GOT A SIMILIAR CALL TODAY. CALL WAS ACTUALLY FOR AN AT&T PHONE BILL THAT I FORGOT ABOUT. REPRESENTATVIES WERE FRIENDLY AND I'M GLAD I CALLED BACK OR I WOULD HAVE HAD A MARK ON MY PERFECT CREDIT. JUST FYI... INCASE ANY OF YOU ARE IN THE SAME SITUATION TRY TO GIVE THEM A CALL.

Call says I need to respond today It's a time matter and I need to contact them today. I don't owe anyone for anything that I haven't paid for I have excellent credit.

This number has been reported several times making calls in our area (CCA Dallas 469-324-3402).  No one has discovered any immediate credit troubles, however a company who will not identify themselves and provide information on the purpose of their contact with individuals is not a company people should have ANY CONTACT with whatsoever.  Unfortunately disreputable, dishonest practices like this are too prevalant today.  If you have not done business with a company and they call you saying it is "Urgent" you call them, or an "Emergency" that you contact them, DO NOT CALL.  This only verifies your phone number and the fact you are willing to contact unknown people.  This makes you a possible target for other scams if they are able to obtain personal information from you.

Called number back and asked what type of company this was and they would not tell me.  So I said that I was going to hang up.  They said that I could do that it I wanted...so I hung up.  No way could this be a reputable collection agency.

Called my number last night, said to call this number, didn't call and not planning on calling back, if they want to talk to me they will be on the phone when they call this number.  Really confused me when I decided to type in CCA Dallas on the computer and all this came up.

This person called my cell phone leaving a voicemall saying it was a urgent matter that neeed my attention...They called several times but I refuse to listen to a recorded message so I just ignored it until finally I checked online for the number.. I woudn't advise giving these guys any information. and you could also register at the nationaldonotcall list.. google it. very useful im registering now.

Caller would not identify the purpose of the call.  Caller then called my daughter and harassed her.

i called back 469 324 3402..they lied said not glodal servcie. so,there number was sent to hackers.com. sorry to hear there system is down...........................        ..

for everyone,,,,,,,469 324 3402. the company name clobal crossing local servicies. no adress but they in dallas tx, street name is south ervay st.once again they hire legal mexican. todo there dirty work. report them to your phone company. donot give out any info. they still your name any any info they can get. i have have reported them to the feds . good luck.

Have received three phone calls from this person.  1st two were caller id's 'private'  Today the name was CCA-Dallas, 469-324-3402.  Said he was calling from AT&T regarding a private number and wanted verify my name and last four digits of my social.  I have asked him every time to remove me from his calling list and not to call again.  Evidently, they do not understand English.  Furthermore, I still do not know the reason for these calls.

They stated it was an emergency that they get a call back

We've gotten calls from these guys, except that the Caller ID says "469-324-3405" instead of "3402"

Enter 469-324-3405 into the search field above right to see that other thread (our comments - and a correction - regarding the company's calls are there; no sense repeating them here).

Keep getting calls from this number, but it's a recorded message and I have no patience for recorded messages. If it is in fact a collection agency, they have no business calling me as I have no bad credit.

I get calls from this number and an 800 number all the time asking for a Tammy Phillips and I've told them numerous times no tammy here
