Wondering abotu Keith Morrison that you know from Clearwater - is he the one on Island Estates?

Is this a company from Plano? Or Keith Morrison from elsewhere? There is a scammer liar cheater Keith Morrison from Clearwater Tampa Florida. Is this the same guy?

I had the same experience with these morons. they call, attempting to ound official using 3 names and initials and tells me i have a contract with a company i have never even heard of! threatens me and i say "if i owe the money you are talking about, send me the contract and i will pay"- he then curses at me and tells me I AM BEING A JERK! they are total dirt bag scam artists who try to make you THINK and believe you owe someone money so you willpay them. all illegal, and typical for the business they are in. they violate the FTCPA in every way! report them!!!!

So I have been getting a call from this lady I think you are asking about "Angel Johnson" is how it showed up on my caller ID then today same # pop's up with GP Cade LLC as the name (but same number... hummm) They are threatening to take me to court over and invoice for services that I had already been disputing with their client as I should not have been invoiced. I did speak with my attorney in regard to the situation and in turn asked Miss Johnson for a copy of the SIGNED agreement between her client and I because after all anyone can send an Invoice for services where's the proof that I agreed to or was in need for the services.

I received a call and called them back. I asked who they were and what they were all the lady was is ignorant and rude. I told her # 1 To get information you have to give information. #2 Our now closed business paid cash for everything we didn't have credit. #3 When you pay cash you can't owe a debt.

I have been receiving continuous calls from this #. The callers name is Felichia Manskur from what I can make out on the voice message. At first she said that she needed to speak to my husband or I. Now I find out that they are calling my son's home phone. They have also called more than once my son's sister-in-law and brother-in-law's home phone with intimidating questions about us. This is very odd since we have no outstanding debts. I just received a call today (all on my voice message) that said her name is Felichia Manskur and she is calling about jobs and our NJ licenses.

After seeing all of the other complaints and similar harassment by other people on line, my question is how is this business allowed to continue doing this?

Called on our business secondary line, left a message, he did leave a name and requested somebody but I didn't write the names down. I think it was Mark Macdonnald he was looking for.  Also left a case number and said whoever it was (Mark?) had a limited time to call back.

I got a call from someone saying her name was Felecia with B and A in Dallas from this number. Was looking for my son. Refused to say why. Left this as a call back number. Needless to say, he won't be calling back

those same a** holes is trying to collect a business debt from the US into Canada,,,my lawyer is preparing to sue his client for a lot more then what our outstanding balance is !!!

Called and sounds like a real jerk. Acts like you should know him and a return call is urgent. Won't say what about or where he is from. Says his name is Nathan Moore.

I left this company more than 12 months ago and their tactics have gotten them sued and will continue to get them sued. Not to mention they can't keep people because everyone is on a power grab there. They don't don't know how to keep employees. That place is a revolving door. Unless they sue you all they do is make threats. If you get served then worry

Mike Davis just called and asked for someone I don't know.   When I told him he had the wrong number, he said my name and asked where this person was.  I asked what he wanted and he said he had a materials delivery and when he tried this persons cell phone an old lady answered.  He said he was with BNA.  He was very nice but I figured he was up to something...I thought he was trying to sell something.  I took his number and said I'd pass it along just to appease him, but I really have no idea who this person is he wants to talk to.  I'll write the cease calling letter if he keeps it up or gets rude.

These guys are idiots. My husband has a company and is in dispute with another company over bills. Mike Davis is telling me he will go after me (the wife) and shut down all my credit cards!

I'm going to file a complaint with the BBB and the State of Texas.

What they are doing is illegal.

He says his name is Steve Cassel.  He & his 'supervisor' are total idiots with their 'gestapo' tactics.  If I hear from them again, I will report it to Attorney General's Office.  They don't have a clue about the law or even about whom they are trying to reach.

I do not want people to call me anymore.

I am being hounded by these people. Can you give me any advise??

On 7-13-10 at 5am I received a call from Steve Castle stating he had an urgent message for Don Smith at my number.  I told him I do not know a Don Smith.  At one point he told me to go drag Don Smith out of bed and put him on the phone.  What does he not understand about my not having any connection with a Don Smith. Steve would not tell me who he was with and was quit rude when I asked, then told me if I did not know Don Smith why would I want to know his company. I told him because I had a right since he woke me at 5 in the morning and had been very rude to me. I do not know why they have my number but he called me three times and hung up on me once this morning,I went out and when I returned there was a message on my machine  to call him. I will file a complaint with the better business Bureau and the attorney Generals Office. This needs to stop.

Been getting phone calls from Steve Castle at this number; he says he is with BNA.  I haven't spoken to him; he told my husband that I am liable for some of my husband's company's bills (the company that has declared bankruptcy).  He is threatening and harassing...my husband is going to report him to the state attorney general.  He has left a message with his attorney as well.  He is smoking dope 'cause I have never had a thing to do with my husband's company and we weren't even married when this supposedly took place.

I got a call from Steve Castle and Mike Davis - sounded like the same man to me. He said he had our bank account number and if we didn't reply by 4 in the afternoon that he was taking money out of it. He also called repeatedly threatening us but never said what business he was with. We had already paid the bill he was calling about -- he never collected anything from us and he is still calling demanding almost $2000. I am repulsed that these scum of the earth people can do this. After contacting both my husband and I, Steve Castle called both sets of parents - even left a detailed message on my mom's answering machine. It is against the law to contact 3rd parties and give them your private information. He violated alot of the Federal Trade Commission Laws -- I would advise anyone dealing with these people to file a complaint with the FTC, your Attorney General's office in your state and in Texas where they are located. Also, the Better Business Bureau. They need to be stopped. The way I found out the name of the company is reverse telephone lookup - it came up Burt & Associates. But they never identified themselves as employed by Burt & Associates.

The same situation has happened to my company. The guy wanted to speak with an owner and did not want to fax any information on the debt he was trying to collect.
For those of you who got harrassed, I suggest warn them (collectors)  that you are hanging up if they increase thier voice once more  and they will low their voices down (in majority of cases).

Called my house today looking for my ex father in law, mother in law, grandmother in law and aunt in law.  A real j*** off and wouldn't take no for an answer. I even tried to give him my ex inlaws cell #'s and he called me a liar. Total a***ole.

I am an attorney in Washington State.  I recently filed a lawsuit against Burt & Associates a/k/a Cade, LLP.
The lawsuit alleges violations of the Washington State Collection Agency Act and the Washington State Consumer Protection Act.  (No FDCPA because it is a business debt).
I would appreciate any information anyone is willing to give concerning collection harassment, abuse, intimidation, etc., by the above company and its collectors.
I would especially like to talk to you if you are a Washington State debtor.
If you are a Washington State debtor, I would also encourage you to contact the Washington Attorney General's Office and the Department of Licensing to file a complaint.

I sent the letter demanding them to stop communicating with me and they stopped.
If Mike Davis, Keith Morrison or anyone else is harassing you as they did with me you need to do this. See my previous post and you will see how much they harassed me. My husband is still out of the country and I am not receiving any more phone calls.

As for Mike Davis and Keith Morrison, I really hope you get the opportunity to read this. I bet you will know who I am from my story. (see bring it on ) I certainly hope so. I am thankful for this opportunity to expose the way you work from burt and associates. I so hope that I have helped another person with the same problem of this harassment.

I will make one last suggestion. Do not let these phone calls intimidate you. Do not react on them just send the letter. These people are low life b*****ds and they have no feelings. They Love to get you upset.If you need to settle a debt, try to do it with the party directly so they don't get any commission.

the website says that they have 30days to collect a debt or it's free to the client. Look at burt and associates web page,it will shed some light on the way they work.
