The call came from Information UNL.  Caller had very poor grammar and was conducting a survey for employment in my area.  Sounded very fishy. I have never had a caller use the word "ain't" then hang up on me.

Got a call today march 12,2012 from this number, @12:39pm.  They left no message and when I tried to call back its just rang No answer.

Just as the other posters they called and said my first name.  I pretended to make them think they had the wrong number so I said "who do you need" they responded with my first and last name.  I told them they have the wrong number.  If they have a foregin accent, and they did, they are scammers trying to make a buck off you.

I also got this call from someone saying they were from Savitz Research. Am I available to participate in a research study, in a local hotel, all day, $200, blah blah blah? I work a flexible schedule, so I said yes. I have done this type of thing before, so I was not too surprised by the call, but I thought I would check others' info about this number. If it is like other studies I have done, the woman (Anita) above is correct: It's easy money and usually worth the time.

The woman on the phone asked some qualifying questions, and then a few more, and said someone would contact me with the details. She said the study was at a local hotel, as mentioned above. I will try to post a followup after the date.

Caller ID says Information UNL-said they are doing a survey on jobs in our area-asked if there were to be a job in our area offering more money how likely I would be to quit my job at work at a new one-I said not likely-they asked for my zipcode and first name-I gave a different name-very fishy

Supposedly identified themselves as an energy survey company.  Knew my name and address.  Asked if I had heard of Centerpoint Energy.  Asked if I had natural gas at my location.  Kind of fishy actually.

The woman called from this number claimed that she was calling from Texas Transportation Department a about some project on I-35 and that they would give me a gift card of Wal-mart or Amazon.com of my choice.  But when I asked her what the Transportation Dept thought about the project, she said "THEY think it's good idea, but it's tax payers' money..."  She then asked if I am associated with any news organization and heard me saying yes, she hang up.  Looks like a scam to me.

They called SEVEN times today in the space of less than ONE HOUR!!  I have a Panasonic phone that blocks 30 or 40 numbers and I had programmed this company in a couple of days ago.  My phone rings once or half a ring, stops ringing and then they hear a busy signal.  They still show up on my caller ID.  I filed a complaint with the donotcall.gov site.  That seems to brings results most of the time.  I urge everyone to do that.

These people are great!!!  Savitz Research!  I haven't answered before when they've called my cell but they did leave a voice mail.  Easiest money you will ever make.  I'm just a single mom and can use the extra cash every once in a while.  They will call you if they are doing a research in your area and if you happen to meet the criteria, depending on what the particular study is about....they pay you in cash to participate...you usually go to a meeting room at one of the local hotels...they tell you up front how much you will make on that particular and how long it is...I've been in some that are 3 hours and some that are all day...I've made anywhere from $50 to $250 depending on the study.  Last time, I showed up and they had more people than they needed so the pick some to leave...the great part...they paid my my $75 and I was on my way.  They felt obligated to pay because we had committed.  Look them up online, they are real.....and I promise....I don't work for the company nor do I know anybody that works there.  The studies can be about anything from tobacco, to ovens, to court cases and how you lean if you were on the jury, appliances, vehicles, banking services etc.

They called at 903am. I am on do not call list and owe no one. I didnt answer as I dont answer numbers I do not know

I would not answer because I didn't recognize called ID, but husband answered and there was no one there.

They call several time a week. I do not answer because I do not recognize called ID. No message is ever left.

They called and asked for some guy that I never heard of (me), so I told them that whoever they were trying to reach probably died or something.

I told them to stop calling me adn to get off my dam phone I hung up

they called me right back and put a load noise on the phone just after I answered the phone
