Did they actually put a warrant out?

So did they actually get anything done to get a warrant out for your arrest?? I got the call today!

we have gotten several rude calls from this number and diferent people saying different company names.
wont give us any details other than fraud charges for Cashnet and threatening me. scam or not if you say something was mailed and it wasnt certified mail then most likely they have no proof this was mailed to us.
only one that stood out was the said they were calling from John Murphy at Law in Dallas

This number calls my phone threatening to have me and the wife arrested on fraud charges on a payday loan it it against the law to threaten to throw someone in jail over a payday loan especially when they never took one to begin with.
