THIS IS A SCAM. Scammers pretend to be law enforcement (police, sheriff, Feds, AG's Office, fake cop agencies with made-up names) and using bought/hacked loan application data to extort money for fictitious crimes or extort personal info.

*67 them and keep calling and giving them as much crap as you can. Do not give them any more personal info. You must of applied for a pay day loan at some point and thats how they got your info. 1st thing you need to do is change the bank account you listed on line for a payday loan next change your phone number or when they call answer and tell them there is no one by that name. Make sure your voicemail doesnt have your name on it. They will give up sooner or later. If they had the ability to remove money from your account they wouldnt call you and tell you. Also watch all your statements, these kind of people will take small amounts from credit cards and bank accounts thinking you wont notice. $10 is nothing, but multiply that by 10 thousand people. Never give out personal info on the internet for anything. Also remember personal info is easy to get on anyone, your bank account number is on the bottom of your checks, when you use a check most places want a DL number, your address and phone number, and your S.S. number is very easy to get from hunting licences to insurance documents.

Ask what the name of the company is and if they have a web site.  They may point you to Nationwide as in the large insurance company.  if they do that call the real Nationwide and report that these poeple are using the Nationwide name to run a scam.

These people called my cell phone 17 times in a row. I have call blocker and my phone rings once then hangs up. Then they called my work number. I did not answer because I saw it was the same number they just called my cell phone on. They left a message telling me that it was urgent that I call them back @469-567-9756. Like I am gonna call back. Person had very foreign accent and couldn't even pronounce my name correctly. Losers.

Got this call today on my cell phone and they left a message telling me I was "in trouble." Then they called my work! I told them to speak clearly because they were on a recorded line and that I was going to turn the recording over to the FBI and the guys started yelling cuss words at me telling me he was on his way to come "F@#& me up" and that I owed his company money. I told him to have a blessed day and then he started telling me to "f-off" even more and that he was sending the police to come and get me. I really just wanted to start yelling at him but I had to keep my cool as I was at work and I was really caught off-guard and dumb-founded by the way that he was speaking to me. What should I do from here? Should I wait and see if I get any more calls after this? I am afraid that if I call this number back that it will open the door to even more. I did block the number on my cell phone, but what about my work #? The did have my correct SS# too.

Received a call from 4695229129 and the foreigner calling stated that his name was Mike Wilson. He said they had a case against me for a loan. When I started asking him questions, he said that I had to speak to his supervisor. The Officer Justin Orlando got on the phone and told me that I owed Cashnet USA $545 and I needed to pay the money to him. I told him that they had called me before from a different number and I knew they were committing fraud. He swore he wasn't and I asked for the number for Cashnet USA. He gave me 8774762731 and, of course, one of his buddies answered (even though 'Offc Orlando told me that they wouldn't be open for 2 hours.) Anyway, I told the guy who answered that I was aware of the fraudulent act they were trying to commit and he hung up on me. I will never apply for anything on-line again! And this is my advise to you!!!

I just spoke with the Ilinois Attorney General's Office.  This company is located in India and they have stolen all of our personal and financial information.   The are not calling from the US.  They instructructed me to notify my bank, employer and anyone else involved in the situation and not to answer any of the calls from these people or to call them back.  The other numbers associated with this company 315-628-1706 and 469-529-9129 and 469-529-9129.
