I tracked down the name and address of the company who keeps making these unwanted calls. I called 469-579-2859 and listened to the recording carefully. The person identified themselves as Zach (sounds like he is saying Jack) from Surescapes. I googled and found the business located in Grapevine. The information is Surescapes LLC at 605 Drexel Dr Grapevine TX 76051 with a phone number of 214/717-5296. I called the 214 number and got the very same recording that is on the other number. I am now going to file a complaint with the FTC.

Idiot doesn't know he is breaking the law by calling numbers on the do not call list. If he doesn't care about laws then he is not legitimate, just another scam willing to do anything for a buck. Apparently doesn't even have a business locaiton since he appears to be using a personal number to place the calls.Probably doesn't have insurance or workers comp. I guess Jake (posting above) and Zachary (probably not his real name) work together. Nothing clever about cold calling. If you hire this idiot you deserve what you get. Probably just calling ramdom numbers and doesn't even know where the call is going.

Oh yeah....well the company has done work in our area so it is legit. Just regular landscaping/stone work. Definately should NOT call Do not call list though.

Calls routinely every month or so and leaves a message saying he is doing landscape work for neighbors and would like business. The first time he called many months ago, I checked with all neighbors in HOA and he was not working for any of them. We've never answered, never called back, yet he keeps calling and leaving messages. Not sure what scam he's running.
