I keep getting calls from this number.

This guy from some stupid place he says Law Offices but doesn't give out what kind of Law offices, saying his name is Harold Johnson, keeps harrassing me and calling me at my work.  He doesn;t leave me alone.  He keeps trying to threaten me about paying a loan when I have never even heard of this company called Cash Usa and then he threatens by saying they are going to arrest me and I just hang up numerous times.  My co-workers tell him he cannot be calling my work and then tries to get nasty , trying to yell at them and he is rude and can't even say what company he is working for,. He has this ridiculous heavy accent since he is from India and he is a fake and phony scammer acting like he is trying to collect money when I don't owe them a dime & never even heard of them.  Hello, I should know what I owe and to who and he makes a lot of stuff up...constantly harrassing me!! How do I make this stop?

THE ONLY THING THAT YOU CAN DO IS REPORT IT TO YOUR LOCAL POLICE OR FBI DEPARTMENT BUT JUST NO THAT IT IS A SCAM AND THEY ARE TRYING TO COLLECT MONEY

I have also been getting calls from this man. He says his name is Morgan Spencer and that I need to call him RIGHT BACK or else my social security number will be turned in and I'll go to jail. He has a very strong accent and it's hard to understand. He uses my full name and calls me at work, home and cell. How do I get to stop him? If this is a cell phone number, how do we track him?

Just like everyone else here, I, too, have been getting calls from this number: 469-582-7512 and with the same old story saying that he was calling to collect a debt and that my SSN is being listed as part of the collection.  The name he used was Charles Brown and spoke with an Indian accent, so based on the other posts here, sounds to me like he's now using a new name in an attempt to scam others.

THEY ARE GIVING TWO DIFFERENT NAMES:JACK DAWSON AND DAVID GARNER THIS IS A SCAM WHEN YOU TRIED TO CALL THE NUMBER BACK IT SAID IT WAS DISCONNECTED

I received a call from them Tuesday,yesterday and today and the gentleman told that he was from the UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTHOUSE and that I had a loan out that I had to pay if not they were going to file charges against me but when I told him that I contacted my local FBI and Police Department he asked me why and I told him that what he is doing is committing fraud and then I asked for his contact information and he told me the address which was:312 Leslie Street Carrollton,TX 64633

They called my job and my boss gave me the message. But the guy is now goin bY the name OFFICER CHARLES BROWN...

Received  a call from 14695827512 i couldn't understand his accent, he was asking for my social security number and he was calling from social security office. when i wouldnt give it to him he was rude and asked me to hung up the fone. who is this person?

I received a called from this number yesterday and today this gentleman got on the phone saying that i take out a payday loan and that I need to pay it back or they will be filing charges against me but i have gave him my bank information and i'm suppose to go deposit some money in my account to try and pay it off can somebody please help me what should i do about this he told me his name was David Garner and the number that he called from was 469-582-7512

I receive a called from this number today and yesterday from a foreign guy name David Garner he told me that I had a payday loan for 620.00 dollars but i never receive a payday loan from anyone so I want to know what I need to do about this situation

Call from 211-305-9131 telling me to call 469-582-7512 because my social security number was under investigation and that he could help me resolve it for a small fee. Foreign accent - said he was from the State Investigation Department , name was Mark Williams.

he used the name david gardner as well and told me to pay this back FRIDAY October 4 thats not even a Friday thats a Monday. he is so stupid hope this gets stopped soon.

I too received a call from the man at 469-582-7512. I could barely understand what he was saying. He tried to intimidate me and asked if I needed them to hire me a lawyer or if I had one already. Of course, if I were to get a lawyer, it wouldn't be someone accusing me of a crime hiring one for me. The guy who called me today claimed he was calling on behalf of USA Credit. I can see he changes the business he's representing reading the posts.

He refused to give me a contact number for USA Credit... I've never known a credit collector who didn't want you to call them.. or who didn't attempt to contact you via mail or phone to collect before making threats.

Did a search for this phone number and turns out it's a cell phone. No collector or legal representative I've ever known is using a cell phone to contact someone who owes money, etc.

just got a call from a number 1-469-582-7512 some foreign guy wanting me to pay 520 dollars when i never took out a loan for anything online. saying i would be in big trouble if i didnt take care of this.

I got two of these calls last week but many of these in the past year. The caller said I would be in Big Trouble if i did not return this call soon as I got the message the return number was 469-582-7512

Number 469-582-7512 also called me today, and I was told I would be responsible for HUGE legal fees and be in alot of trouble. Jack Dawson was the name they used that I was supposed to reference.

I received a call from the United States. Stating they where a legal firm base out of Texas. Basically the same complains everybody else is talking about.  The caller told me I would be in BIG TROUBLE if I did not return his call. He stated my friend was using my social security number and my name illegally. When I call back I knew it was a scam was right away. The number he was calling from was 469-582-7512.

He just called me again, I just make his call go straight to voicemail so I can delete the messages and not even waste time on picking up the phone. He told em I will be in "Big Trouble" as well as Nikita got. The collection guy needs to go and really leave us alone with these scam attempts.

469-582-7512 has been calling me for the past 2 weeks. He left message yesterday stating his names was James Richards and I should not ignore the call of I would be in ?Big Trouble?? He called again today and told me he was officer James Richards, I asked for his badge number he was thrown by that but said 1489. I than thanked him and told I would be informing the local authorities and he hung up.

same call from (469-582-7512) some indian sounding guy saying im under investigation. he cant even pronounce "investigation"!  i just dont answer and or hang up. my credits so bad im not really worried about anyone using my ssn for anything anyway:) this a-hole needs to be found for sure!!

Sorry not much right now we can do just .Remember these guys are calling from india and out of U.S controle for now. It is a HUGE SCAM and let them know that the FBI has been called.

yes i keep gettin the same numbers and calls sayin all this stuff trckin me down and threating me i cussed them out

I got a call 4 times today within an hour he left a messsage claiming he was Attorney Mark Williams from ACS dept, He said his client has found me guilty of misappropriation of funds. He will be down loading a case against me. My social security number and bank account are under investigation. How do I stop these calls and prosecute these scammers? Any help would be appreciated.

THEY HAVE CALLED ME AND TOLD ME I COMITTED SOME TYPE OF FRUAD BECAUSE I DIDNT PAY SOMETHING BACK I KNOW I DIDNT COMITT FRAUD BECAUSE I HAVE ONLY BEEN USING MY NAME ONLY HE SAID HIS NAME WAS JACK DAWSON AND THE NUMBER HE CALLED FROM IS 469-582-7512 AND NOW THE NUMBER IS DISCONNECTED IT WILL NOT LET ME CALL BACK

They have called me three times today and called one of my friends the previous week. I hope this stops soon.

Just to let every one know that this scam is now in the hands of the FBI and they are going to be shut down if they track them down. so if called PLEASE!! post the phone # they call you from on this page and the NAME  they used WE WILL FIND THEM...Because now they are threatning mine and my familys life.

I was going crazy until I read this post. I tld them that I was going to call my lawyer and I hung up. He then called me back. He told me that they were going to put a hold on my social security numbers. Thanks for the information.
