Who are they?  They also call me several times a day, I quit answering it

These people are driving me crazy.. They call my cellphone every 45min. all day demanding a payment. So I keep my phone on vibrate and never pick up. You will think they will stop with the calls.

my cellphone is called at least four times a day from 469 619 4118.  i never answer calls from phone numbers i don't know.  i don't have any credit cards.  Nor, have i ever done or attempted to do business with Total Card.  I believe this is a scam.

Called and left no message. If it is Total Card, they are being deceptive because they have called me before and it is always under a different name and phone number on the caller ID.  If they would be honest and not so rude and insistent, I might be more willing to talk to them about my credit card bill.  Why is a company being deceptive with their phone numbers like this?  It is not right!

These guys are SOOOO RUDE!!! They don't respect your privacy nor do they have any professionalism.  Someone should really do something.  Is there any legal action one can take against such harrassment?

I have no idea who these people are, but they called my wife's cell phone and told her that I gave them that number. First off, I don't own credit cards, and secondly, I have my own cell and house phone, why would I use hers? Not to mention when the guy called, he was ridiculously rude to my wife and wouldn't tell her who he was or why he was calling, even when I got on her phone. I called him some choice words then hung up on him.

This company is Total Card Inc AKA plains Commerce Bank, they are the collections dept, when you are 1 day past due, they call you like crazy

They called my cell # didnt leave a message i called them back and they answered hi how can i help you what is that ??? no id no name nothing??? if you cant id yourself you dont deserve a response sorry.

Received call at work, answered, and caller hung-up. Redialed, the person who picked up spoke so quickly you couldn't tell which credit card compant or collections firm she represents without making her repeat it.

First of all, they called my cell phone literally from 8:06 in the morning until after 9 at night.  When I changed my number, they started calling work which they are not supposed to do.  They somehow got the main office number instead of my direct line and are harrassing our receptionist looking for me!  Never leave a message, never getting their money!  Maybe if they chilled out and weren't so rude people would want to work with them -

Yes, they are bast***.  They think they can trick me into answer the phone or calling them back. Sad part is, it must work part of the time or they woudn't even try.  They have left messages acting like a long-lost friend, without saying which company they are with. They found out I am an indpendance sales rep for a cosmetic company, so they call and leave a message saying they want to place an order, do they not realize we have caller ID and can research their stupid phone number and find out who they are???  I asked for a credit line increase last year - $5.  Wow, don't break the budgit.  I paid and paid and paid, but you can never pay down with 22% interest and monthly and annual fees. They charge for a payment over the phone, they charge late fees, they charge for everything.  They make billions off of us that have bad credit, someone should tell them, THEY are the reason we are in such bad shape, crooks!!!

I got a call from this number today.  When I answered, I got a message that said please hold.  within about a minute someone picked up the phone and laid it off the hook, i could hear them talking in the background.  I don't have a total card, i have an all access visa, that i will be cancelling.  i can't make a payment online, I get cursed at, yelled at, called when my bill isn't due.  I've been told i'm an idiot, and several other rude names by their "customer service" representatives.  I get several calls asking me to hold, then someone asks for my name and billing information.  My response is always "You called me, who where you looking for"  they never want to say.  I always inform them they are harrassing me, and I report them to my phone company, as well as the better business bureau. companies are required by law to identify themselves as well as the company they work for, as well as provide a supervisor as requested.  If they do not, hang up, and file a complaint.

Just pay your minimum on time people and you won't get these calls.

Cut your card up and throw it away. Don't close your account until just before their annual fees become due. It helps your credit and costs them money.

These are not nice, good, or honorable people. Part of your money goes to buy guns for Israel to kill Palestinian children.

They constantly call my cell phone which is a company provided cell phone for business.  They will then immediately call my home phone.  I have never even heard of Total Visa before.  I do have a couple of cards and now all are up to date but none are through them.  Also comes in as

they call ALL day long...u ask who is calling they never want to give a name or # to reach them back at just this same rude a** lady keeps calling...im calling to cuss them out now!!!! literally!!

Definatley Total Visa card

A woman keeps calling and trys to act as a personal call. Wife answers, and I get hell for it. Glad I found this information. The card is going to the trash. So should they.  Dumb idiots.

Get a ton of calls from this number but it's always a machine saying "Please hold". I've looked it up on other sites and it's a collection agency for something called "Total Visa". I haven't had any credit cards for 3+ years so I'm thinking it's a scam. About to start blocking their calls.

All these companies do is make you better at ducking and dodging them....You can always contact them and give them the phone number of your ex wife or somebody you don't like and let them harass them...I ignornre them, bleep them out, block them...I'm in control of my money and once they piss me off they get nothing...There are no degrees of shi#4* of a bad credit rating so who cares....Take your money and have fun and screw these greedy b*****ds......

OMG I know what you mean!!!  If my check is not there on the day it is due the next morning my phone starts ringing at 8 am and doesn't stop until 9 pm!!!!!  I only owe them $250 stinking dollars - you'd think I owed them a million!!!!  Can't wait til it's paid off so I can cut this card up in little pieces and send it back to them!!!!
