Gary properly identified them. If you do answer, they will say who they are. And even if you say no, they will still have someone call you the next day as if that would make a difference. I think getting a live voice to answer makes them think "easy" target.

it's an energy company trying to sell stock positions on speculative development ...either oil or gas...in either case, they are persistant...bug me daily ...can't seem to take "no discretionary money available" as an answer...
