I called this number back Got an extremely rude individual. He wold not Identify him self, His company nor wold he allow me to speak to a supervisor when asked. The Individual was rude and foul mouthed. Continued to call me Ma'am even after being corrected that I was a Sir. Thin it degraded to him calling me Dike.

Got a call with  same message. Called back and got cussed out. they would not provide any info on the alleged case they have against me including my name or phone number, they wanted me to provide all of that.

LEAVE ME AND MY HUSBAND ALONE.  We are both retired and do not have any more payday loans to pay off.  Let BBB know and the sheriffs dept. in our co. know.   This is the second time in 2 weeks got a call like this.  Last Tues. got one on my 67th b-day different phone no. 888-can't remember rest of no. saying they would be here last Friday between 3-5 with police for me to sign papers.  NEVER SHOWED UP AND SO FAR DIDN'T HEAR BACK FROM THEM.  I am waiting to hear back from 470-203-0350.  At 67 should not have to worry about these jerks.

OMG!!!! this just happened to me yesterday and today. for a pay day loan I paid 11/13/12 thru a different company. they told me at this company that the company I paid through was a scam and that I now owed 3 times the amount I originally got.  I asked her "How do I know your not the scam?" her reply "You don't". so ill take my chances with court if it goes that far. I have bank statements to show I paid.  My advise is stay away from pay day loans.  They'll screw you and try to get more and more money.

Got same call about a month ago threatening if I did NOT call back same day, legal action would be taken with "local magistrate" and prosecutor...Never called them back. Got sam exact message again today. Going to report to FTC, also I believe this type of call violates Fair Debt Collection Practice Act...all threats in order to scam honest people out of their hard earned money! Rot in hell you low-life scumbag theives!

Called stating that there was a contract involving a lawsuit. Called the number back and was told that mt numbet was not in their database. Tild me to disregard the call as it was made in error. Only identified yhemselves as investigation.

I've received another call from (470) 203-0350 yesterday 10/8/13. Before that he called two months prior, etc. I've told this person I'm not who he is looking for when he's called and each time I tell him do not call this phone number again. He only asks for the phone number as reference and he gives me a name and its not my name. Its the person who had the phone number prior to me. I've had this phone number for at least 2 years. The guy is rude. States the same thing as he has stated to everyone else. Threatens to have you charged with Federal charges and by your county prosecutors office.
If you call the number back and he answers Investigator. I asked Investigator with who, his response is, what your phone number, if your not her why are you calling back and calls me the B word and wants to argue and he is told again not to call my number.
I'm contacting the Attorney Generals Office, Federal Trade Commission and my counties Prosecutors office.

Received recorded message from this number threatening me with legal action.  Very nasty message with an intimidating voice.  Again, no name of company or who they represent.

I received the same phone call. Caller ID showed "United" and 470-203-0350.  No name of caller or name of company involved.  I do not give in to idle threats.  So figure the odds of me calling them back.  I agree with the scam part.  Federal Trade Comission will hear from me also.

Just got the same weird phone message.  My husband and I are retired.  Just another scam.  When I called back the person was not there and to leave a message.  No thenks.

Very rude caller, calling from this # saying i owe a debt & if i didnt pay i would have legal action taken against me. Told him bring it on & until he can  show proof i owe he needs to leave me alone.

This number called my work. It was an automated message from some guy who was trying to sound very intimidating. Threatening legal action if I dont call back. In the message he did not say his name or the name of the company. I will be reporting the number. I'm not even going to bother calling back.

I received the same message today. I reported them to the FTC.

This is the second time I received a call from this number threatening legal action regarding a fraud case. They let no name of themselves or their company just threatened to take it to the court magistrate, yet I was not involved in anything. I tried calling them back to see what they would say when they answer and all they say is "Investigations".

This is the 3rd attempt by these people. I called back every time and noone ever answers. I know they want to get money or something and its a BS call, how do we stop these a-holes please, I have read here that some people felt so threatened they gave money and were totally scammed. I can't beleive its been almost a year and they are still able to make these calls ?? Who how do we stop them ??

I just received a call from them, and it is Cash Central.  When I answered it - they said that Tom (I played it off that this is just a number he uses to get messages.  They are a PayDay Loan company.

Got a call from them today. I needed to call them back and give them a statement and that if I did not that all party names with the corresponding documentation, would be forwarded to the DA's office for prosecution for fraud. Have no clue what the hell he is talking about. This happened once before they told me I needed to call to straighten things out or they would be sending someone to my house or job with lawsuit papers. I said I had no clue what they were talking about so please bring me whatever papers they had and I woul deal with it in court. He told me he would be at my house in 45 minutes. That was ver a year ago and I am still waiting

I got call from this number. And I listen to the mesage only stats all parties must call to give thier statement with this legal matter and fraud. It's just a crazy stupid scam. If a debt collector will mail letters or called stating they are collecting a debt. So it crazy how the person didnt say the company name or give their name. It's a scam.

These are scams. I asked for information on what the issue was in writing. I got nothing but a bunch of curses thrown back at me. Telling me I'm a deadbeat scumbag. I report every phone call to BBB and FTC I save all voicemails and now record my calls as well for any issues that may arise. If you are going to resort to recording calls please check your states laws first.

I absolutely LOVE these calls - they make my day.  I wish it was a real person - I would act like I was receiving sex and engaged in moaning/heavy breathing - always make THEM hang up.  Works wonders!  :)
