it happened to me as well.  Whose number is this anyway.  AT&T claims we had to of made these calls and we did not.

this is an adult chat line number.

This number is owned or has connection to a company called Misty Mobile/Dream Audio Inc out of Seattle washington. The number is an adult line and is mostly advertised as a supposed backdoor to a line they own called Club Love when the Club Love partyline is some how supposedly "overpopulated."

We got about $1500 worth of calls from the above number on our cell phone.  Verizon says phone hasn't been cloned and says we have to pay.  It says on the bill the calls are from Grenada.

Same thing here 3 calls to 1-473-407-4444 totaling $60.00 my adult son made thinking they were just free out-of-state calls. Our carrier Cablevision tells me there is nothing they can do since the calls were made. They told me there are many International telephone numbers that only require a 1 in front of it. Most International calls are 011 then the number or at least 01 then the number. This is a scam that this chat line company is running. We need to get the FCC involved. Who knows how many people have been scammed already. Most of you are from 2008. Here we are now 02/2011 and it's still going on. What a shame?

Just a note to let you know that this is a dating chat line and most of the other messages are probably correct.  Our house was broken into while on vacation and we came home to $711 in phone calls to this number in Grenada.  I wonder how many people have complained to the FTC?  I certainly am.  If I have to, I'll disconnect the phone.  I have AT & T investigating.

This number showed up on my phone bill several times and is going to cost me an additional 642.00 on my bill.  I don't know anyone outside the U.S.  I am just another victim of some vicious scam and of course my phone carrier is not helping the situation at all.
